Big beach there are beach cafes at the entrance and a life guard station. There is a car and bike park at the entrance and also parking on the road to the beach, but they do get full so go early.

Wide open expanse of fine sandy beach with a river flowing into the sea (beware strong currents). Dogs not permitted but dogs were everywhere. Cafe/restaurant available at the car park along with some small beach shops open during high season. Self cleaning public loo at car park but only accommodates 1 person. Nice beach. Would visit again.

Gorgoeus beach. The tide was going out when we arrived but it left loads of large pools full of fish and hermit crabs that were great for swimming in and exploring. You could also find less rocky areas where you could go and paddle in the sea and jump the waves. It was very busy but there's loads and loads of parking and it's an enormous beach so accommodates everyone. Get there early if you dont want to walk for a while to get to the beach. There are toilets, surf schools and SUP hire plus a couple of cafes. A great day out!

Beautiful beach and it really wasn't very busy when we went there but we couldnt body board unless we went in with the surfers because there were large rocks and boulders under the water. Not really any rockpooling creatures that we saw. But very clean, lovely stretch of sand. Can park for free on site. There is a place for food (didnt use that).
