This was a request from the family so we all went but decided that it was too pricey for those of us that aren't into Aquariums. However the 3 family members that were had a great time and were really impressed

I expected more than a small aquarium. It was nice, the crocodils were frightening enough and so were the snskes. Yet it was a pretty Short visit. It took us an hour and a half to get there fromBrantome- it wasn't worth it.

We actually went there about 3 years ago but I’ve only just remembered I never actually reviewed it. We went for the day for my daughters birthday as a family if 2 adults and 4 children. There wasn’t much to see and the children were most excited about holding the snakes which we hung about for. There was a big bundle of people with adult men pushing in front of kids to have their turn, when eventually it was time for one of mine to hold one the bald headed snake handler went to put it round their neck then changed his mind and said the snake was too big and we should go to the other handler, disappointed we got to the back of the other side waited patiently until we were the very last people standing to have a go? The man was about to put the snake round one of my children’s necks when the first bald headed man whispered something in his ear and they walked off leaving my four children standing there upset, I complained to the lady at the tills but she just said there was no management there that day, she told us to hang around for about 2 or 3 hours till the next snake showing, wasn’t going to be doing that to have the same thing happen again.Absolutely disgusting behaviour, it wasn’t cheap to get in either, we left and had a much better afternoon by the river. Don’t waste your time at this horrible place, much better days out at the outdoor water park and the theme/water park nearby which were great value for money and a fun day out.

This is a lovely place loads of fish to see plus Aligators of all ages from hatchlings to huge adults Snakes and lizards and the star attraction Bevers which we got to feed A couple of hours at least to get round There is also a maze and crazy golf which my grandson and my son enjoyed Only down side is you have to pay extra for these it's not included in the Aquarium entry fee We had the BBQ chicken for lunch you get a whole very small chicken and frys for a reasonable price There are other types of food but that looked the best Good day out enjoyed by all

Spent the entire day here as there were plenty of things to see but a bit gutted we didn't have time to walk into the nearby town. Spent €30 per person to look at the aquarium, crazy golf and labyrinth but spent €40 for my son so he could have that and go on big bird which is a HUGE climbing frame which you're attached to. Aquarium was great, we loved it, didn't see any of the life feedings though but that's fine because we were too hot to hang around. The labyrinth is all in French, of course we are in France, spent some time trying to translate it all into English. Kids loved it but I wouldn't suggest younger kids go as the animal cave was very jumpy even for us. Son loved big bird
