Our excursion guide Harley was an absolute delight! His vast knowledge of the island and utmost professionalism led to one wonderful experience. He made each and everyone of us on the tour feel valued and apart of something fantastic. As he took us through the country roads, he was sharp and witty with comedic relief while also facilitating questions around those interested. Caveat to this amazing trip was that Carnival Cruise Corporation fails in updating their bios for the excursion. Highly advise bringing a towel to dry off with and some water shoes. These will come in handy when snorkeling and swimming in the wet cave. Leave your book bags at home, Hidden Gems provided the following: book bag, bottle water, snorkeling goggles, and an umbrella for the sun. Vital items to bring is water shoes, towel, sun screen (which Harley will advise when to apply). Overall, this was an experience I would for sure do again! Harley is one of a kind “hidden gem” that made this trip memorable. He was quick to act on everyone’s needs and was unbelievably funny. I will never forget him, and the experience I shared with the group!

The driver/guide (Harley) was comical and informative and guide (Ashley) was informative. Both were willing to take couple photos and the tour itself was well worth it...went swimming in a cave, private beach snorkeling, and lunch at a local restaurant

We had such an amazing time on this tour! Our tour guide, Millet, was fabulous. He knew so much about the history of the island and gave us a great tour. He showed us uses for local plants, all about the different wildlife we saw, and neat little places to go off the beaten path. He was engaging and fun to listen to! My son was scared of going into the cave, and Millet took him under his wing and made him feel comfortable. My son wound up LOVING the cave and wants to go back! This adventure had so much to experience… caves, beach, swimming, cliff jumping… it was just so, so cool. I would recommend this trip to everyone wanting to explore small pieces of the things Bermuda has to offer.

Our tour guide Millet was an island native who was extremely informative of not only the islands history but also the culture. He regularly check our entire tour was not only safe but also having a good time. He also took great photos in multiple locations and was very friendly. It was well worth the price to be guided through the amazing experiences of a tour across the island, going through Bermuda caves, cliff diving, and exploring a Bermuda beach.

We docked with the Norwegian Pearl and went on the Hidden Gems tour in April of 2022! It was amazing if you go ask for Shay - she is funny, engaging, knowledgeable and an amazing guide! This tour was great we went hiking in the jungle, were informed about the natural plant life, including the ginger plants that makes those delicious Dark & Stormy! We hiked down into some caves, found one to go swimming in, followed by cliff jumping! Lunch was amazing at the old US McD's by the airport, and after some snorkeling we finished up with ice cream. Shay was one of the most memorable tour guide we ever had on an adventure. This was the last day we were in port and the only excursion that was not canceled on our trip due to weather. My 10 year old daughter loved it too and even when she scraped her knee Shay was prepared with a band-aid and few light hearted jokes to get her giggling and enjoying the day. THANK YOU SO MUCH for the best day of our trip Shay <3

As someone who has been to many islands and have done many excursions, this was by far our best one yet. Mr. Millett not only brought us to many hidden caves, swimming holes but took his time to educate us on the history of the island. He let us try natural berries and smell some leaves that would help with bites and much more. Mr. Millett was the best tour guide and I highly recommend booking this tour! We will be back one day.

Our guide, Harley, was awesome! He showed us many cool things on the island and we had a great time hiking, exploring caves, swimming in a cave, and spending time on a secluded beach. We also enjoyed a delicious fish lunch at a local restaurant. We felt like locals! Thank so much!

If this is your first trip to Bermuda, and you love adventure, this is the tour for you. Knowledgeable, friendly tour guides safely guide you from one activity to the next without rushing you (your snorkeling time might be cut a little short if your ship is leaving port on the day of your tour). A tasty lunch is included in the cost. Yes, it is a bit more expensive than some tours, but you get a lot of bang for your buck and the planning is done for you. It is a must for first timers who don't want to lose precious time trying to navigate these activities on their own. The van ride across the island was as good as any island bus tour because our guide, Dale, is a Bermuda native whose family has been on the island for generations. Thank you, Dale, for your positive attitude and friendly demeanor, and thank you for the wonderful memories!

Amazing excursion! Was so much fun and couldn’t have found any of these places on our own. Lunch was delicious and each of the spots we went to were definitely gems! Dale was also a great tour guide, very friendly and informative and also took great photos and videos for us! Would recommend to anyone visiting, the hike isn’t bad at all, I had sneakers on but wish I wore just sandals cause we had so many water activities.

Ashley was an amazing tour guide and we had a great day exploring the island! We went to the caves, the blue lagoon and snorkeling. The lunch and ice cream were very good. Ashley is a kind, thoughtful guide who has carefully planned out every detail of the day so everything is well-timed and seamless. Thank you Ashley for showing us your Bermuda!

It's for whomever signs up for the excursion but the places are open to the public except for the final beach. Cave and cliff jumping are public.

There was 2 different caves that you could swim in for about 20 mins each. Then we spent at 45mins at a beach. It was an awesome tour.

No we do not visit St. David's Lighthouse and have done so in 2 years due to our government's negligence to open it daily. We had covered all bases with ensuring our main promoters knew this information. So sources we may not be aware of if you would like share so that we can contact them regarding false advertising. We are planning a cruise to Bermuda next April. Would the typical Bermuda weather in the middle of April be warm enough to do this excursion? I'm thinking about the water temperature mainly.
