My family and I participated in day time activities, mainly summer camp for kids in July 2020 with day trips in the San Lorenzo area. We all loved it. Miguel and his team really know the area well, they're great with kids of all ages, they always have interesting facts to share, and it was a pleasure for all of us to participate. We'll definitely be back next year.

I was staying in San Lorenzo de El Escorial for three days and wanted to do some hiking in the mountains. I contacted Graellsia Ecoturismo and they came up with a suggestion of a private tour which I was happy about. However, because of the recent snowfall in the mountains, they came up with a second suggestion just two days before my visit: one day snowshoing amd one local hike. I accepted and I am super-happy I did! Snowshoing turned out to be not only great fun but a fantastic experience. On day two I had a private tour and ”visited the vultures”. I feel so alive after that rock climb and those views. I have already recommended San Lorenzo de El Escorial and Grallsia Ecoturismo to my friends, and am happy to share my experiences with all of you. These tours are great value for your money and great nourishment for your soul. Not to mention a great way to burn calories while enjoying the nature 😀

We came to Spain looking for wildlife, and Miguel went above and beyond all expectations to make sure we left satisfied. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the flora and fauna of the Sierra de Guadarrama. Contacting Graellsia Ecotourismo was definitely one of the best things we did in San Lorenzo!

I took the Pinar de Abantos Route hike and it was the best activity I participated in while in Spain. Miguel is very knowledgeable and professional and very patient. I picked the "easy" route, but due to the altitude, I became winded very quickly and Miguel offered to drive us up to the trail to which I glady agreed. I was equipped with some good binoculars and to my joy, I saw and smelled fresh lavender growing wild on the trail! I also saw a variety of birds and other beautiful wildflowers and trees. I chose the late day option and the weather was perfect! If you enjoy nature, I would highly recommend this tour or any others that this company offers. Even though I didn't speak much Spanish and Miguel didn't speak much English, we were able to communicate effectively. I was initially wary because the cost was so inexpensive but was pleasantly surprised rather quickly as to the quality and professionalism of this tour. It is a great idea to have a local guide, since there is a lot you could miss if you chose to go on your own. I can't say enough positive things about this guided hike. The beautiful, quaint, and charming town of San Lorenzo de El Escorial is a wonderful place to stay in if you would like a peaceful and tranquil vacation. It is a great place to relax away from the the hustle and bustle of the city of Madrid. It is only a little over an hour train or bus ride into the city.

Miguel is a great guide and lead a wonderful trip. I'm 63 and not v. fit so was a bit concerned whether I could make it...but I did!! The scenery and the view from the top was terrific. And Miguel stopped often (thankfully) and pointed out the interesting flora and fauna including looking at a tarantula down its hole. Definitely a five star experience. Mike (London)
