Between the Royal Palace and the river Tagus this 18th century Prince's Garden is decorated with sculptures, fountains and lofty trees from the Americas. It also houses a number of historic buildings. Definitely worth while taking the time to slowly walk these gardens to better...More

We were able to see most of the extensive gardens on the little train that covers most of the town and corners of the royal gardens. They pinpoint to secluded statues, museums on the premises and rare plants. Do take the train to get a...More

Loads to see and do. Get the package from the Palacio and spend all day in and around the town. Have a break at a pastelaria or get the menu of the day!

Very nice walking through the prince gardens! You can enjoy the big spaces inside and outside the gardens with the royal palace as well.

The Jardin del Principe is a very large park and it is very enjoyable to walk there, with plenty of peace and quiet. There was an interesting place there where they joined several cypress trees to make a sort of protected place.

The Jardin del Principe are stunning gardens with amazing shrubs and trees all through out. Keep an eye out for the peacocks as you stroll around. Well worth a visit with lots of shade on a sunny day
