Byzantine iconography and construction. Beautiful respite for prayer, candle lighting, icon reverencing. Met a family from Australia while staying at Vouliagmeni Suites who came for their daughter's wedding held here in this church. Beautiful location and grounds....next to charming restaurant and cafe.
Visit on Aug. 15 if you are near Vouliagmeni to honor the Virgin on her Koimisis tis Theotokou, (Falling asleep of the Godbearer)...we plan on it for 2017. Might have festivities as well.

Beautiful church in Vouliagmeni. Beautiful design and images. We witnessed a baptism with many local people.

in the summer of 2016 I spoke with father Giorgios and asked to put my parents name on an icon. He gave me the Swift Code and I wired him the money on my return to America. I Fed Ex him 2 times I called the church but he is never available he has never confirmed that he placed my parents name on an icon. I want my money back.

The most beautiful church in Athens, clean, no waste/bottles/papers outside (what is quite common in Greece), in a very good city part of Athens, very safe.

In October of 2015, my son got married here in a most amazing experience! We had people attend the wedding from the United States, Greece, and Korea!

A small but fabulous Orthodox church with modern exterior design and classic interior. The well-designed windows allow the light to pass in the interior and that offers physical light that lightens your mind and your soul.

Built in the Tuscan style this is a lovely Church to pass by early in the morning to light a candle and say your prayers, it is nice and clean and I have attending weddings and Greek easter here
