A nice place to visit is you have some time to spare and if you want to escape the over crowded city of Athens. It was not marked and there where no signs on the wrote. It's a small cave but definitely worth a look if only for the view of the airport.

Unexpectedly interesting. Not a big cave but fun with kids for sure. Costs near to nothing. No website. No opening hours. No signs up the road. So keep an open mind. Private tour from the gentleman who knows the cave like the back of his hand. If your in the neighbourhood it's nice to visit.

We did not know what to expect but were truly impressed by our visit. We were the only people waiting to go in at the time so were lucky enough to have a 'private' tour. Our fantastic guide had been at the cave for 29 years so he was full of fascinating facts which made our visit even more enjoyable.... More

it is a rather small cave, but a very beautiful one. The walk tour inside lasts approximately 30 minutes, and there are lots of beautiful formations of stalactites and stalagmites to admire. The ticket costs only 1Euro for adults and the admission is free for children. If you visit in the summer, don't forget to have a jacket, since the... More

We took over an hour to find the location but once there were treated very well by the staff. The cave itself has been very carefully invested in with safety features and illumination of a very high standard throughout. It is truly beautiful and really worth a visit. Safe, interesting and a rest surprise. Do persist in getting there, we... More

The cave is wonderful mother natures creation but make sure that you get all required information from information centres or phone before. You cannot rely on opening hours shown in Net. When we reached there, we needed to wait like one hour due to the fact that the temperature of the cave is 17 degrees celcius and guide needed to... More

A beautiful cave, just a half an hour away from the centre of Athens, however it has been closed for the last 4 years. Although it was supposed to be opened to public after some reconstruction, there is no sign of work going on and the place is still closed.

I was bringing many tourists from Russia. I love caves. I saw many big and long in my life. This is small. But not bad. Enjoy it
