We love the history at sites like this but did feel that the entrance fee was a little high for getting closer to a number of isolated columns on a hill with nice views. If there was more information there, a little museum etc I...More

It is a very nice place for sunset. The parking lots are insufficient for how many visitors are there. On Poseidon temple are few benches and that's all.

It was definitely a site to see. Very windy but breathtaking. It is about an hour outside of Athens, along the coast. Wish we could have stayed for the sunset. I would love to return on my own so i could stay longer.

The temple of Poseidon is pretty ordinary by Greek standards with so many other temples around Athens. But the setting is spectacular situated on a high cliff overlooking the sea. As the sun starts setting and turns orange the color of the temple itself changes....More
