This is such a gorgeous place for a day trip from Dallas or for a special dinner or event. Worth the drive. Mitas Hill is especially beautiful on a crisp fall evening. Definitely try the smores dessert!

Mitas Hill has a huge vineyard located just outside of McKinney. Their property is beautiful. I really appreciate that they grow so many varietals in North Texas. Many people will try to tell you that you can't grow a wide variety of grapes outside of the South Plains but
