My kids always get a kick out of the zoo and now my grandbabies are enjoying our zoo and lets not forget the train ride.

It is a smaller zoo but very nice. Not too long of a walk and really good for younger kids. The train is really enjoyable.

Our zoo has grown over the years but it is still small enough for young and old to walk easily. I love going here and the train is great. I love the walking trail around the lake.

Great place to view animals and trees to shade you from the hot sun. Free from 9-10 am on Sundays for the Zoo. Ride the train which goes through the park. Fishing and there’s an alligator in the water that has never bothered people, so...More

The zoo has been around so long i can't remember how many times i went there as a kid. I know if you have kids or just want to hang out for the day it's a good place to visit in Lufkin, Tx

This zoo is smaller than some but it is awesome. The animals are in natural type pens and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. Riding the little train is a must.

I am not real sure, I never noticed any. but I wasn't paying any attention. I would say NO. because of the other animals there..
