The post office at Luckenbach feels like you have stepped back in time one hundred years. Cute gift shop. Displays of old items once sold in the store. We bought postcards and even mailed them there!

Love this place. Came on Thurs afternoon, two guys were performing ,fun listening and having a beer.

If you visit the Luckenbach Music Hall or an outdoor music event there (most are free) you can stay in your RV or trailer there for 10$ per night. You should ask in the gift shop connected to the bar I was told, other people might not know about it and then send you over to the RV park next door.
Parking is on the grass area between the parking lot and the street (some areas there may be closed for restoration), but you do not have to stand parked between the cars on the gravel. There is lots of space. It is quiet during the night, not much traffic after people leave (so expect a lot of cars driving away till around 12pm)
There is nothing, no fire rings, no picnic tables or whatever. But there are toilets in the "festival area"
