Such a fun time! Loved that there was sand, gave it more of a beach feel as opposed to feeling like you were at the lake. Plenty of picnic tables and chairs with lots of shade! Food and drinks were excellent and very reasonably priced- much cheaper than I expected. The main course was a blast! Harder than I thought it would be and I highly recommend wearing water socks. The additional inflatables were really great also. Perfect for all ages. You can easily stay for hours without getting bored. Our pontoon captain, Capt Jack, was personable and entertaining without being annoying or “too much”.

An amazing experience that completely exceeded my expectations!! The lake water felt so pleasant to swim in, and the course is so much fun for the whole family. Lots of cool obstacles to get past and jumps and slides for those who want to (I loved doing those). The sitting areas outside the water are also gorgeous, the food truck sells great food, and the vibe around the area is so peaceful and happy. There are umbrellas and sand as well, and the life jackets are some of the most comfortable for swimming that I've put on. Overall an incredible experience!!

We had such a fantastic experience at Waterloo Adventures! Our family arrived to the parking area where we were quickly picked up by a shuttle that took us to the check in spot. Check-in was a breeze and we walked down to the dock where we didn't have to wait long before a boat arrived to take us to the adventure park. Our family of 4 enjoyed the amenities on the "island." Restrooms were clean and air conditioned. The bar and food trucks had quick service and plenty of options. I loved that lockers were free to use and there were activities while you waited for your turn on the obstacle course. The obstacle course was a blast for our entire family (2 kids ages 8 & 10 and 2 adults). I was thankful we did wear water shoes in the lake which made walking up the stairs more bearable. Thanks for a fun lake day!

This place is awesome! It is a lot of fun but can be very exhausting :)
The two gentlemen that brought us over (Captain Jack & I do not remember the other's name) were very friendly and helpful.
My only "issue" was with two of the inflatables on the one side you can access all day. The giant slide and iceberg. It was extremely challenging for many kids - even many adults to start climbing on them. the other inflatables have a platform that make it easier for all to get on. It would be helpful to have some sort of step/ladder for these so all could enjoy them.

My family and I had tons of fun, obstacle course was a lot harder than it seems in picture but very thrilling. It was like an adventurous work out 😄 we were definitely tired but very happy to have gone. We plan on returning when it’s not so hot and earlier than a 4pm session to enjoy the day at Waterloo, safe for all ages, our family includes a 7 and 11 year old.

This was one of our family’s faves on our June vacation to New Braunfels! Well organized company, clean facility, polite & friendly staff. The obstacle course, swim areas and “beach” area are top notch! Drinks and food are available & reasonably priced. HIGHLY recommend this activity if you are anywhere near Lake Travis!!

We would like to thank the folks at Waterloo Adventures for an awesome fun filled family adventure. The service was prompt and friendly starting with the boat ride to the island. The guide did an excellent job answering all our questions and explaining the day. The set up of the obstacle course, the layout of the facilities and numerous other non obstacle course things to do on the island all contributed to the fun experience. We won't hesitate to come back and this time bring out of town guests! :)

As an adult, I had WAY MORE fun that I anticipated! The kids of course loved the water and floating park and I participated and it was a blast. Plenty of lifeguards and you are always in a life jacket. I almost did not do the course, but I am super glad I did, but 1 time is enough! Shade spots, music & playlist, food, drink, and employees were all excellent. Can't wait to go back with my kids sometime!

Great place and my teen son & friends enjoyed it very much. Just a word of caution, there are lots of stairs to climb just to get to the chairs, bathrooms and food truck. Plus once you’re there, you have to go back down and up the stairs once out of the water. If you have any back, hip or knee issues, this could be challenging. Hot dogs were terrific and the workers are very kind! Enjoyed the boat ride to the island very much!

If you have a lakefront cottage, how many nights do you have to book? We only want to stay one night. Coming up to look at UT first day and spend the night and do the park the next day. We are coming from Boerne.
