This is a neat little place. We went when they had the gourd festival, which we really enjoyed. They have a good gift store with a nice array of items.

The art exhibits change out monthly (check the online schedule to see what is currently showing). The best the surrounding area has to offer is on display. The annual furniture and annual gourd shows draw in large attendances'. .

This is one of our favorite exhibits. The furniture exhibit is the other one. The gourds were amazing and the imagination was astounding. I can't believe what they made out of them. Go see it.

This is a really nice community arts museum. It gives a very nice glimpse into the interests and creativity of the locals. The space itself is really beautiful and very well laid out. It's a calm and peaceful space.

This was a highlight to our visit to Kerrville - as it always is. Three very impressive, outstanding exhibits this time all in different media: portrait watercolors; textile, and glass art. I came away with a glass cactus, potted in a common clay garden pot, bringing home to the big city, a piece of Texas Hill Country!

Its FREE!!!! Its full of local art by people of all ages! The gift shop is reasonably priced and has interesting things: fox tail key chain? This place is good for at least 30 minutes of downtime. Not many places to sit however.

One of many reasons to frequent Kerrville, especially in Nov / Dec. Was able to view the Gourd, Wood, and Art shows and attend public receptions. This is a delightful facility with helpful and friendly staff and exhibitors. I have made it a point to visit every yr for several yrs. The talent of the artists is truly amazing and... More
