We like amusement parks and especially when there is a good view. This location is right next to the water and has a lot to do and see. The rides were wide open before noon and we went on most rides back to back without lines. The city pass is a great deal and the Landry's free appetizer coupon was... More

During a family beach house vacation this summer, we took the opportunity to visit the Boardwalk area on a weekday. We arrived shortly after opening at 10:30am. No wait to get all day ride bands for the almost 20 in our group of several families. The rides were all good and ranged from the tameness of a train and merry... More

Kemah Boardwalk is owned by Landry so all of the eateries are part of their family. That's a good thing because the places are family friendly with decent food. The wharf is picturesque and there is also a small but very well kept amusement park. During the week, everything is not open but I was told the weekends are hopping... More

A group of 4 travel nurses went to Kemah Boardwalk. The area was less than crowded and the moon was full! The starbucks iced coffee was a welcome treat aftercascading over the black and white squares, embarking on a train ride and riding the rides. Nothing beats seeing a gorgeous moon rise over the water while sharing a cold iced... More

The place has everything from the rides to the restaurants and the sea. We went in the evening towards the time of the sunset as it was very hot. We did not use the rides but we loved the place nevertheless. The rides looked nice and you can take short sea rides on the boats (we will when we will... More

We have been to the boardwalk many times. I know it is hot, and I truly feel for the employees being in this heat. However, if you are going to accept a job anywhere, you should at least pretend to be nice and kind. There was only one ride attendant that we saw who appeared to like his job. He... More

I went to this place like a week ago. It is very peacefully and entertaining. What I liked the most was the restaurant, delightful food and good price. The games are entertaining but a little bit expensive in my opinion. You can definitely enjoy a day in Kemah and feel the fresh air and happy ambient.

Was nearby for work retreat and had Saturday evening free. Traffic was heavy close to the boardwalk but parking seemed to accommodate everyone. It was very crowded, making it difficult to get around. There were lots of things available to do. Families of co-workers stated that it was a lot less crowded earlier in the day.

Fun, fun, fun didn't get to do everything because of weather, but it is a great place for family or just a couple outing.
