VEGETARIANS BEWARE It's not worth the money, it's ok I wasn't impressed, my girlfriend is a vegetarian so I specified when I bought the tickets online, on the day of the dinner they brought her a salad with chunks of bacon, the waitress was very nice and switched it, the main course was a mahi mahi with steamed broccoli and pasta which was ok for me, but for my girl instead of bringing her something different she only got a plate with the broccoli and a whole load of pasta, that got her upset and me as well, the pasta was stuck all together with hardly anything on it, she didnt finish her food, they need a big improvement if they want to note that they have vegetarian plateS... The music well wasn't romantic at all, they had just instrumental music playing and a guy playing the saxophone going alon with the music , just didnt sound right, most people spent most of their time outside enjoying the view and us as we'll... I would pay at the most $30 for this dinner cruise, it's not worth more than that ... There is nothing luxurious about it...

The online info sounded really good, so I made reservations for dinner and dancing with a 2 hour cruise in Kemah and Clear Lake area. The food was average at best, spaghetti with meat sauce was bland, vegetables were bland as well. The Boudin balls were a little better and cheddar biscuits were ok. The chocolate pudding for dessert was better then the main course. No dancing as advertised, sound system played reggae and rap music, although there was a small dance floor. The crew of 3 could have been more entertaining during the cruise. All in all, I would not recommend this for the price you pay. Very boring as well.

I recently had the pleasure of going on the Dining Cruise. While boarding we had some complimentary champagne and showed to our seats. About 30 after casting off..your dinner is served. Thats enough time to order drinks and go outside and enjoy the sea breeze. Right about the time dinner was over..the sun was setting...a big plus...I got to be Capt for a few minutes...overall nice dinner and something different than the norm. .Only regret and most likely a mistake on my part, I thought it was music and dancing available...but i think different date..but still great times

WHAT A RIP-OFF!!!! ALL HYPE! I wanted to do something with my fiancee that was special since it was our first New Year's so I spent $134 x 2 for the cruise, plus taxes, plus overnight room of $150 (overnight stay was awesome). HORRIBLE CRUISE!!!! We were packed liked sardines into a small table of four and there were 6 of us and no way to sit on either end!
Zero elbow room, extremely umcomfortable and embarassing as we kept touching the people next to us with every move we made! People stuffed into a table behind us so close that we couldn’t move our chairs to go get the buffet! Buffet....what a joke! We were only about the 20th people seated on the boat of about 50 to 60, and went to get food, the shrimp was already gone and only mouse food existed...veggies, 1 dip, lettuce leaves with something that promptly fell out when lifted, some beanie-weanie type fare, some mushrooms and nothing much else!! I waited all day to eat and get this??!! The drinks were just as bad! The wine was worse than 2 buck chuck and totally not for consumption, not even a taste! The Mimosas; I couldn’t even distinguish what they were made out of and were also tasteless. So I got straight champagne and it was liquid cardboard! So I had to drink beer,,,,,yuk,,,,I didn’t pay top dollar for beer!
The entertainment was strictly for 20 and younger! All techno, rap & total crap – no dancing to add to our memorable night!!! In 3 hrs. of misery we heard 2 songs we actually knew but by then we and everyone around us were totally miserable! Hungry, dehydrated and ZERO entertainment.
Our complaints were met with canned responses of “we’re sorry”......and YES they were....SORRY! Sorry cruise, sorry food, sorry drinks, sorry entertainment, SORRY, horrible evening!!! We are definitely going to spread the word, DON’T DO IT!! At least a good movie on the sofa at home with popcorn is a vacation compared to this! Merry 2013 to me and my fiancee and our wallet!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased tickets for the Starfleet New Years EVE CRUISE, for $134/per plus $15 to guarantee a window seT. We were a party of 4. They advertised serving Heavy appetizers, which included shrimp cocktail, etc. The ship was booked with 70 plus passengers. I small tray serving approximately 20 was served. When the plate emptied within 5 minutes, more shrimp were requested. A staff member stated no more shrimp was available because "Passengers had taken more than what was expected". The next 2 1/2 hours we were left rabbit food. Carrots, celery. Cherry tomatoes, broken crackers and cheese. The complementary wine and champagne was not drinkable. I should have read the posted reviews, the food was horrible. When the ship docked our party of 4 went to Denny's. Fooled once but never again.

I booked the Star Fleet for my mother's 80th birthday party for February 18th. When I called the company in January to discuss details and to ask questions, I did not receive a response. I left several voicemail messages and my emails were returned undeliverable. I also went to the office and the office was closed. I later found out via yelp, that they were permanently closed. That angers me, because they did not have the decency to contact the consumers to inform them and to return their money. Also, to allow the consumer to make other plans. Luckily my credit card company provided me a full refund. I was also able to book my party with the Kemha Fantasea.

If you are looking for a nice classy dinner in the water, look elsewhere. If you like hip hop music and don't care about spending a couple hundred on mediocre food, go for it. I will never do this again.

A group of us 5 friends went on the "dinner theatre" cruise on July 28th to celebrate a birthday. Total cost was $427. It was a TOTAL waste of time. The food was unable to be eaten. Hot foods were not hot, cold foods were not cold. I threw up until 4 am! I have eaten in many 3rd world countries and I had better food in a 3rd world country. Entertainment was a joke. We were expecting to be entertained. A group of 5th graders could have done a better job! One of the friends ordered a margarita and was brought a brown drink. When she asked the waiter about it he told her there was a large party before our cruise and they were out of a lot of drinks so they just mixed something up. REALLY! Our server was serving about 60 people, he said they were short some people. Tables were too close together, one of my friends had to sit with a 2 inch gap between tables and try to eat there. There were other people at our table and one lady had medical issues and she wasn't able to eat the food. Her and her husband were celebrating their anniversary. They called ahead of time and they said they would provide her a different meal. They FORGOT!! So for her anniversary she got to watch her husband and all of us eat. After about an hour into our cruise we went back to the dock, spent about 10 minutes docking, asked what was going on and they said they had forgotten someone's vegetarian meal and they were picking it up. We were happy to think now our lady at our table would get her food. Nope, it was for someone else. So disorganized. Honestly, this will go down as one of the WORST waste of time and money we have ever spent! We as a group of friends go and do lots of things together, and this was by far the worst!

I booked my company Christmas Party in September 2016, made all of my payment installments on time and everything was paid in full a month before our scheduled cruise, 12/17/16. On Tuesday, 12/13/16 I received a very vague email from Rhonda stating there were safety issues with "one" of there boats and it had affected our cruise, our entertainment, which was an outside vendor Star Fleet uses for a "Casino Themed Night" and also that our time slot had now changed from 7pm to 3pm. I have attempted to contact Star Fleet and still to this day have not had one response! Obviously due to all the changes Star Fleet made and it conflicting with our employees' schedules, I cancelled via e-mail and requested a full refund. I have yet to hear ONE WORD from anyone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE HORRIBLE!

I invited a few friends and family to come together on a 'Party Boat Cruise' back in September for my aunt. I made 'goodie' bags for all of the adults that included glow stick, Mardi Gras beads, etc; everyone spent $50 each for the cruise so I wanted to give them the beads to throw without anyone spending more.
The cruise was just what it was named, just a big party one a boat mixed with all ages (21 and up). My aunt had a blast and that is what is most important to me.
I did opt for the photo which they thankfully take before the cruise (aka dancing, drinking, wind blowing) and was able to email it to everyone in the group at no additional cost since we took a group shot as opposed to individuals.
There were no food options on our cruise so no comment on that but but we were served the complimentary (those factored into the total cost) beer, wine, and champagne which was perfect for everyone in our group.
The boat were on had inside seating, an upper deck with DJ and the beverages, then the front of the boat with a mix of music playing.
One of my better ideas for sure. At the right price, I would do it again in a heartbeat!
