Chef Peter makes some of the the most unique and delicious gourmet products. We first were introduced to them at the Omni Fort Worth and have been hooked ever since. Do not hesitate to order his products online or if you're ever in the area swing by his store.You will not be disappointed!

Chef Peter did an outstanding Spanish tapas class for our ladies group. He worked with our time constraint, had our dishes prepped and organized, and did a great job teaching us new cooking techniques and recipes. Everything, from appetizers to dessert, was delicious, and it was a great evening. We went home with cute apron, a binder with the recipes, and even the leftovers boxed up to take home. Highly recommend!

Chef Peter really impressed my wife and I today for valentines. I called him requesting a private cooking lesson and he said normally his minimum is 6 people needed to do it right but after I explained my situation he not only came through he delivered the whole above and beyond. We to explain everything he did would make this post so long. He is very attention to detail and an amazing teacher as well. He laid out a 5 course meal and the food was better than 5 star restaurants. If you get a chance this is a must do in the dfw area. He will blow you away with his culinary skills and not just make it a class but an experience to remember. As an added bonus his spices and sauces are like nothing out there. Actually we found out he supplies some very high end restaurants with his stuff so this guy is no joke. Thanks a bunch chef Peter we will be back!

Chef Mollett gives fantastic instruction and has many great tips on cooking. He works hard and has everything planned and ready for you as soon as you walk in to his store. He is very professional and he takes pride in everything he does. Our dinner was superb and we enjoyed EVERY second of it!!! We will be coming back, not only to order product, but for more cooking classes. Can't wait for next time :)

Thanksgiving Holiday Cooking Class
We had so much fun at the Thanksgiving Holiday Cooking Class. Â This was a 4 hour class and to sum it up I was very surprised that 3 hours had already passed and it was time to sample our food. Â The class was a hands on, interactive, tips galore, questions and answers, experience sharing and best of all taste testing session. Â The menu contained Turkey of course, more sides than I was expecting and culminating with a fantastic apple pie. Â I'm definitely going to attempt many of the recipes with my favorite being the Italian Braised Brussel Sprouts. Â I am looking forward to the next class!
