This is a great tour. Jodi was very knowledgeable about the history and ghost legends. The tour is able to go into various places along the tour - different each time you take the tour according to location availability!

I'm so glad we decided to take this walk. Jodi was a true pleasure to listen to and provided so much history behind each location we visited. This was a highlight to our visit to Jefferson. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to learn more about Jefferson's colorful past.

There is a lot of value to this experience. It takes at least two hours and the guide is fabulous with both historic background and information about the hauntings complete with photos. You also get to enter a property or two which isn't always the case on these tours. I recommend this highly!

It's entertaining and educating all wrapped into one. Jodie did a great job with the huge group that showed up the night we were there. Great story teller. Was able to get a lot of the towns colorful history on the walk and do some follow up the next day. Like the two hoodlums that were friends but killed each... More

Jodi does an excellent job! A little history mixed in with some personal experiences. We had several unexplained "events" happen during our tour. I would love to go on this tour again. One bit of caution: if you cannot walk a couple of blocks, stand, go up one flight of stairs or manage okay in some dark/dim places you may... More

This ghost tour has lots of interesting historical information. However, it's way too long and not for people who have problems standing for long periods. The first building we stood in one spot for 30 minutes, second building same thing; then we walked two blocks to The Grove, in the dark, without flashlights, over a rough railroad crossing and my... We didn't experience any paranormal activity on our tour but really enjoyed all the stories associated with the town of Jefferson Texas. We thought the tour was going to be about 90 minutes but it was almost three hours...probably could use a bathroom break half way through. The old buildings are fascinating as well as the stories of folks that... More

I took this tour April 24th. The group was rather large so took longer than usual. We were lucky enough to actually get to witness some paranormal activity. A group of about 10 of us were standing in a dimly lit hallway when some double doors behind us leading to an empty office suddenly slammed shut! Everybody was pretty freaked... More
