It is simply impossible to describe the feeling you get when you see this magnificent display of modern sculpture. If you love beautiful things, this is a must see when you visit the Dallas/Fort Worth area. A short walk from there to the canals and shops in Las Colinas

I happened up on these last year and found them to be beautiful. I have a fantastic photo of these mustangs as my FB background. Very interesting read about the art. Beautifully illustrated.

These sculptures are truly amazing. Be sure to take the time to study how difficult it must have been to plan the center of gravity so that the horses seem to be in motion. Some have only one hoof on the ground!

We always make sure our Out of Town Guests see the Mustangs. Follow up with a drink in the La Cima Club on the 26th Floor above the Mustangs!!

I'm not sure what the fuss is with the Mustangs. They're big, and they look like they're playing in the water, but they are also made of stone and surrounded by stone, so in the summer it's literally a sauna out there. Wait until it cools off if you want to see it. It's not an attraction per-se but more... More

Very nice sculpture, but nothing I would come back to see or suggest making a special trip for. I do think a sculpture in Arizona is based on this one. Again, nice detail and pretty, just not life altering.

First go to the museum on the 1st floor of one of the buildings on the side and see a 15 min film about how the sculptures were made - by a Scottish architect living in Kenya who designed it after seeing the mustangs in Spain and had it made in a foundry in England and finally shipped by a... Just a great open space to breath and look up to the skies. A true respite from the rumble and tumble of the city. A place to relax and let the water relax your soul. Hurry on over there , you will appreciate the trip.

These life size sculptures are so life like you won't believe your eyes! I have enjoyed them for years. I once visited them after it had snowed and it made it look even more realistic. The fountain springs up around their hooves making it look like they are running across a shallow river. If you do not have the opportunity... More
