It's pretty, especially during seasonal events. They do put a lot of effort in to keep it looking great. If you want to stop and take pictures, park above in the lot for the Corner Bakery, Jimmy Johns, Chipotle, etc and make a lunch and photo op out of it. In winter in the evening, they expand the lighting to include the entire surrounding green space. Sort of a winter wonderland effect. Driving past it daily and I still find it spectacular at times.

This is at the north entrance of my subdivision. It is a nice attraction, but it is right at the corner and there is no place to park unless you park at the gast station across the street.

One time or another you'll probably pass through the intersection of John Carpenter Fwy and O'Connor Road where, if you look off to the side you'll see the famous Flower Clock of Las Colinas. Not just another pretty flower clock, but a working timepiece with year round fresh flowers and greenery. The perfect backdrop for pictures should you park & visit or walk over from the Omni Mandalay Hotel.

This is landscaping at a busy intersection. It is not something to do or visit. Don’t waste your time.

You can drive by this clock and see the landscape it has to offer. Nice touch to the community. To walk, you need to park away from it and walk to it. It is on a busy street.

The Los Colinas flower clock is reminiscent of the Floral Clock in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. Except, there is no clock parking in Texas. Visitors must park in parking lots of local private businesses, then walk around to the busy intersection.

The clock is made as landscape art for viewing from a car while passing on the road. To take a photo of the whole clock, visitors would have to stand in the middle of traffic.

Finally, the flower clock is not made of flowers, but of ornamental plants with colored leaves.

Nothing reminds me of my old stomping grounds like the Las Colinas Flower Clock. This time-worn symbol brings back a feeling of warmth and remembrance every time I visit Las Colinas. Sure, it might just be a clock but guess what...they don't have anything like it back here in Oklahoma. Sure wish they did.

I’ve seen this clock maintain it’s amazing appearance for over 30 years! It’s always “dressed” for the seasons and kept in pristine condition. I so enjoy seeing this landmark in Las Colinas.

Always a fresh and beautiful attraction. Manicured practically daily and the flowers are changed out with the seasons. You usually see passers-by posing for pictures in front of the clock.
