We remember this day well and it was so disappointing that there was an electrical fault. It is cool underground (as you say about 10 degrees C) so we sailed you back to the warmth above ground whilst the fault was fixed. A full refund...More

Brilliant attraction enjoyed by all of us from age 5 to 47. Would highly recommend this and the adjacent Mine Explorer tour. One of the highlights of our week.

Really good fun for the kids. The little trip in a boat into the mountain before being shown around the caves is exciting for the children. The guides are friendly and fun and ensure that everyone enjoys the trip.

My children liked this place - simple but effective. A boat into the caverns and really impressive caves - and good voice-over with scenes from Arthur's history. More aimed at children but adults enjoyed it too.
