More
Garrison Brothers Distillery is Texas' first and oldest bourbon distillery. Our bourbon is hand-made from corn to cork right here on our little ranch. Tours are Thursday through Sunday @ 10am, noon, 2pm & 4pm. We'll teach you the entire process on how great bourbon is made. You'll taste our sweet mash, sample our white dog & end your visit with a taste of our fine bourbon. We strongly encourage that you call ahead so we can place you on our tour schedule.

This was the best distillery tour ever! The staff takes the time to explain the entire process as well as distribute tastings of every step along the way to end in the 'wax dipping star stamping' barn. I love it that at the end of...More

Horrible customer service! Don’t go! With word of mouth reviews, our group of military spouses, having flown in from across the country to reconnect, drove miles and chose this distillery over the beautiful wineries near Fredericksburg, TX. With the purchase of 3 flights, paired chocolates,...More

We had excellent experience at the Garrison Brothers Distillery. My wife and I had a 2:00 pm sit and sip tour and it was HOT (end of May). I didn’t care about the heat and couldn’t wait for the tour to begin, my wife on...More

I have been up to the Garrison Bros distillery many times. I have taken the tour several times and always enjoy taking people there for their first visit. Each time I go I learn a little more about the history of the company, the complexities...More

I became acquainted with the Garrison Brothers brand of bourbon a couple of years ago. As I read more about it, I became intrigued with Dan Garrison, the owner of the distillery. He has quite the story to tell about his journey into making perhaps...More

We had such a great time on our tour. Honestly this was one of the highlights of our trip to Fredericksburg. If you get a chance to go don't miss it. Was better than any of our wine tastings in Fredericksburg. A must do if...More

Our tour guide, Andrea, was great — knowledgeable and fun. The tour helped me to appreciate the craftsmanship that goes into good bourbon. Did I mention how much fun it was?

First time at the distillery. The staff in the tasting room was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We did a flight of 5 for our tasting. Very reasonably priced at $16.25. 2 of the bourbons we tasted were a double barrel aged and a bourbon...More

I wouldn’t bring kids on the tour. They will be bored (they can’t do any tastings) and they probably won’t like the smell. The grounds by the gift shop has a swing and horseshoes they can play.
