We had 14 people in our party and the van had plenty of room for us and all our cruise luggage. Omega Royal took us from the Hobby Airport Hotel to the cruise terminal, and they were right there when we got off the boat. He was delayed getting to us due to an accident but was very communicative with me until he arrived. He offered to take us to Buc-ees on the way to our hotel and we enjoyed the short detour. He was awesome at taking the fastest routes to avoid the traffic. We plan to use them again after our cruise to get back to the airport and I am sure it will be just as efficient and easy breezy!Visited January 2024Traveled with familyWritten January 27, 2024

We rode in style to Galveston in a new Escalade, and he was a great safe driver too. I'd definitely recommend Omega. We'll use them again. It was nice to have the extra headroom in their Mercedes shuttle than using a standard van. Our driver Mohammed was excellent. He knew his way around the airport so well that he recommended ways around construction delays and pulled right up to where we needed to be for checkin. Upon our return, he was spot on welcoming us back home in baggage claim. Helped our group pull luggage from the belt which was unexpected and made our exit from the airport very easy, our tired travelers were grateful. We booked transport from a cruise terminal to the airport. The driver didn't know where to come pick us up and was sitting across the street, so we had to drag all our bags to the parking lot before he would meet us. Then the driver jacked up the price for dropoff at IAH because he realized we were desparate. All of a sudden he quoted some new price we had never heard of before, and then took $5 off of that as a "favor." Don't book with them. Galveston Limo has better rates, and they know where they're going. Their shuttles were lined up in the lot waiting to take their passengers' bags -- like it's supposed to be.

Excellent service! If you need transportation in the Houston area this is the company for you. I was nervous to book a company in another state that I had never used before but it was definitely a good decision.
We arranged for transportation to Galveston cruise terminal and back to Bush Intercontinental airport after our cruise.
Our driver communicated with us regarding pick up times and was very helpful with making sure we arrived on time. I honestly can not say enough about the great service we received from Omega Royal Transportation!

Professional and reasonably priced. We used Omega Royal to transport our group of six from IAH to our downtown hotel and back to the airport. We all fit into the nicely maintained Suburban--luggage too!! Special thanks for the 4:30 a.m. pick up. Flawless experience!!!!

The service was excellent. Round trip to IAH. Driver on time, courteous, helpful with luggage. Car was very clean and comfortable.

Mohamad did a good job picking us up and safely got us to the airport by an innovative way I'd never seen before, Really saved time. He does good work and has been reliable.

I'd like to know what the fee is? We have five and we will need a round trip. We will be flying into IAH for a cruise.

We paid $105 each way but we flew into Houston Hobby, which I believe was a little closer to the cruise port than IAH is. Give them a call, they are very good about calling back if you have to leave a message!
