Just wow! We have seen a few performances of the Houston ballet and it gets better each time! Swan lake and Don Q were the best. The costumes are amazing (despite the recent flooding sand loss of costumes) and dancers were definitely top notch and...More

I try to go every other year, at least. Unfortunately, it doesnt always work out that way. I have been coming here to see the Nutcracker ballet ever since I was around 11 years old. It's an amazing ballet. I prefer private balcony seats, as...More

Hubby and I went to the Hobby center for the performing arts on Sat, 4/14/2018 and saw “Don Quixote”, that is, one of my all time favorites. Really enjoyed the whole performance, especially grand pas de deux. Great job, Kitri and Basilio!

Saw the closing matinee. Excellent production. Such a sight to see 24 Shades on stage. I sat in a Loge box which is quite high up Tip - you can pre order your intermission drinks so they are waiting for you

Today we attended the Christmas Eve matinee performance of the Nutcracker by the Houston ballet. This is our first time watching the Houston ballet, and we were so impressed. The performance was out of this world, with the most amazing set, and beautiful imaginative costumes...More

We recently viewed the premiere of Stanton Welch's new production of the Nutcracker. For about 30 years we had been privileged to watch the classical choreography of Welch's predecessor. That was an amazing production and we returned year after year with our children and grandchildren....More
