I did a tour of the San Jacinto battle site and museum. If you like history - Keith Rosen is your man. Keith was a professor of history and you could hear his passion about the subject matter (he is incredibly bright and articulate - plus he really knows his stuff). He did an amazing job of holding my interest for several hours and filled in a ton of knowledge gaps that I had. What I was most impressed by is that I mentioned (when I was making arrangements for the tour) that I had just read a book about Sam Houston and Keith not only read the book in preparation for our visit but he prepared a ton of additional information to show me. Well worth the money!!! In fact, if I’m being completely honest - I don’t think he charged me enough for the value that he provided.…

You need knowledge and personality to ne a great tour guide! Michael had both. He made it fun and gave us a great tunnel tour. Highly recommend!

Bought a chocolate tour package for my mom's birthday as a surprise gift, Keith was extremely helpful in arranging a tour and answering all my questions, (my mom was local and i'm not, so it was even more fun to gift her a tour of her own city!) For a very reasonable price, my mom and her best friend were chauffeured around Houston, going to six chocolate emporiums for behind-the-scenes tours, samples, and enjoying chocolates from 5 different countries. I think we took it for granted how metropolitan Houston really is, because I know she'd never been to some of these places before! Keith was very knowledgeable about Houston as they drove from chocolate to chocolate, and even though my mom has lived there for 20 years, didn't know about some of the neighborhoods historical significance to the city itself. Keith also recommended an exquisite spot for lunch, my mom loves Italian, and she will definitely be going back to the place he suggested. My mom and her friend had nothing but amazing things to say about the experience, so thank you Keith for making her birthday this much more special. Maybe next time i'll actually get to go on a tour! If you are looking for things to do, even if you live in Houston, take a tour of your own town! There are so many options for tour from Keith, and he clearly loves what he does, highly recommend!…
