Located in downtown Houston allows for a lot of parking choices. Driving in for a Sunday show had no traffic but would imagine for a weekday game or concert it would be hectic. The interior of the arena is pretty plain by modern standards. The inside of the arena has good sightlines.

Took my grandson to see his favorite player Russel Westbrook and Harden who was playing the Lakers> Lebron James. We drove from Dallas to Houston to catch the Rockets play. This was a 18th birthday gift. We were able to pick up a Westbrook jersey inside the stadium that ran about $125. I think that's the going price, it didn't seem to cost more because we were in the stadium. Our tickets were inflated to $795 for nose bleed seats. That was for three tickets, plus all the fees from a 3rd party seller. I think those seats cost around $40-50 bucks if they were playing the Hawks! I will say that for nosebleed (sec 430 Row 4, seats 16, 17 & 18 were not bad at all. If you must sit in nosebleed seats, try to get a lower row number like 1-5. Be aware of parking. There are plenty of parking lots surrounding the stadium that take CASH ONLY. My mistake for not hitting an ATM machine beforehand. I did find a parking lot off of Bell street less than a block from the stadium that takes credit cards. The Stadium entry folks do check your purses and ask folks to empty pockets. I don't mind given the climate of the world. Lastly, I paid $10 for two bottles of water. Nuff said...

We attended this venue for the Eagles concert. I was a little disappointed that the big screens weren't used, but just being in the house was enough. The seats were arranged so that we didn't have to peek over anyone but I highly recommend bringing a stadium seat cushion for comfort, they are not padded that well and sitting made us numb

We came here for the concert. Usually we sit on the ground level but this time they had it for standing which I liked, seeing as most of the time you stand anyway.
Ticket prices were reasonable but the drinks were expensive as usual, albeit not as expensive as another concert venue near by.
The only problem we found was with the other fans. If you want to stand at the front get there early, don't come late and just push your way to the front. We had to get help from security, who were very good by the way, as two people thought they had the right to the place we were standing and basically tried to pull my wife out the way spilling our drinks and not even apologizing.

Saw Springsteen at the Toyota Center in Houston last night for about 30 minutes. The acoustics were so bad we had to leave. It sounded like he was yelling underwater. We paid $600 for our tickets and had great seats, but the sound was literally painful. Just before the show seats were on sale for $4!!!! What a waste of time and money. DON’T go to a concert there. I’m sure it’s fine for basketball.

Horrible not good at planning anything on large number coming in. I first waited the whole event basically on food to be told they were out of every drink so finally he found a Sierra Mist. Then to get my 7 yr old a suiveneer I couldn’t after waiting in line thirty more min. I was able to get him shirt two sizes bigger. Lastly I currently am still in the car trying to back out of the parking garage but the line hasn’t moved one inch and been in the car for 30 min. This place only cares about your money going into their hands. If I could I rate this sorry place a ZERO it’s pathetic and makes me sick that big places like this can’t plan for sh#%! Order enough food , order enough drinks , and order enough merchandise knowing y’all definitely charge enough to be fully in stock .. never again hope y’all go out of business and good ownership that works well with the community comes in.. once again ZERO!

Worst entry experience ever. Thousands of people trying to get in at once, like cattle. Too few people, poorly trained. I could put that behind me, but then our seats were made for legless people. Three hours pressed into the seat in front is not something I wish to pay for. Want a beer, 20 minutes, $20 (almost). All around bad.

Had a great time at the Toyota Center for spurs-rockets game. It was pretty full because rivalry game but east entrance and we didn’t have to go up any escalators. The arena food was expensive but chicken tenders were good and fresh. The ambiance and arena shows were great and the arena was more modern that what we have in OKC.

Never been to a live basketball game before, and this was definitely the place to start. It wasn't even basketball season but it was amazing to watch and experience. Everyone was really friendly and even though we were up high you can clearly see the whole court. We booked our tickets on stubhub and they were only $14 USD each.

The concert was absolute amazing. What is sad is that the Toyota Center chose to put seats so small that anyone over 5'6" and 150 lbs won't be able to sit in them. If that wasn't enough there is no leg room in front of the seat. Enjoyed the show much h while just standing in an aisle!!
