Formally known as Bayou Place and now known as The Revention Center. The good thing is that all the seats in the venue have relatively good views. The bad thing is the seats are very close to each other you almost have to pin your arms to your side. The venue is kind of uncomfortable but we came all this... More

Used to really love coming here but just don't know if we can come back without getting end of aisle seat. Why they put the seats so close together I'll never know. What a gray place to see your favorite artist but they need to get the seating right Great staff always friendly and ready to help

We went to see the Garbage concert and it was great. We paid for VIP Parking which included a special entrance and access to the Jack Daniels Lounge. The extra money was totally worth it because we had quick access to the bar and a fast exit from the venue. However, the bartender sucked and did not know how to... More

The main thing we like about going to Bayou Place are the restaurants around it, the ease of parking and the actual venue itself. The acoustics are good and the access is easy.

Definitely not the fanciest place to go more live music. A little small, but great when you get to sit close to the stage. Have also seen roller derby here. Places to eat nearby and parking is not a real problem (underground parking).

I can’t believe this place stays in business. The problem with this venue is the seating. The seats are fold downs and are hooked together. The seats in front of you are so close that walking down the rows is very difficult. The area you are given to set in is so small that you will be touching the person... More

I have been to Bayou Place (formerly the Verizon Center) three times over the years - the first time was to see Oasis (when the Gallagher boys were not squabbling so much), the second time was for Megadeth, and this week, I have been to See Alice Cooper. The venue is easy to get to downtown, and there is lots... More

Saw Dancing With The Stars-or tried to. Don't bother paying extra for floor seats. The stage is so low and folding seats are all at the same level, so it's nearly impossible to see what's happening on the stage. It doesn't help that people are holding their cell phones above everyone to film and there is no policy against it... More

Bit of a sleeper some great resturants but we were there for Halloween and it was dead? Hope it gets busier.
