I have been going to see shows here for years. I usually go during the week. Those with tickets can access the lobby at 6 pm & have plenty of time for dinner before the 7:30pm show. They set up a la carte meals you can purchase in the lobby made by Artista, or you can dine in the restaurant,... More

We just went to see Book of Mormon at the Hobby Center... wonderful show and this venue was an great place to see the performance... Great food before the show from a local vendor in a buffet style set up... They do need a Industrial engineer to come in to provide a more efficient way to provide intermission refreshments... they... More

The Hobby Center in Houston host TUTS and Broadway Across America, hosting some of the top shows around! The venue is comfortable, theater acoustics outstanding and view from almost all seats great. They valet parking has gone up to $25, which is the most pricey parking fee I have ever paid anywhere in the city. Someone is getting gready with... More

Went to a jazz concert here and it was lovely. It's a smaller theater so any seat on the main floor would be good. Acoustics were good as well. Parking in the garage was $12 and you paid when entering so there was no line getting out.

I've been a season ticket holder for both Broadway Across America and TUTS. I have also seen shows on Broadway in New York and in the West End of London. The shows that come to perform here are at the same level of performing.

Good performance not my favorite show. First act was best but several of the characters had a high pitched squeaky whiny voice that was annoying (Lil Red ). I contemplated taking my kids but glad I didn't. My 5 yo would have been scared of the giant and the promiscuity of the princes would have confused my 8yo son.

This venue does not have a bad seat. Shows are excellent and theater guests are respectful of their surroundings

"Jersey Boys" sounds fantastic. Unfortunately our box seats have kept us from seeing about half the stage. Come to the theater. Avoid the box! Great show.

We drove into Houston for a show on the weekend and the Hobby Center is great. Get to the venue early for parking as their lot does fill up fast. You can valet park with front drop off. It does take a while for the lifts to get you downstairs from the car park but if you want some exercise... More

My wife, son, daughter and I visited yesterday for In the Heights. We were not disappointed. The Theatre is well kept, clean and has all the necessary facilities one would expect of a good evening out. Valet parking, drinks etc. This was not our first time and will not be our last as we continue to experience the best Houston... More
