Large movie theater located in the mall. Seat are comfortable, popcorn is delicious, friendly staff. Parking lot is usually full so give yourself plenty of time to find parking before the movie. Carousel located outside of the movie theater - kids will definitely want to stop by afterwards.

A good neighborhood movie theater. Clean bathrooms. It's quiet during the week and easy to get to with a lot of space for parking. Food court is next door makes it convenient if you like fast food.

The theatre has new comfortable seats. Cup holders, reclining seat, foot rest. Don't choose the first two rows, it is too close to the screen and you'll end up with a neck cramps.

I took my kids to watch "Alexander and the terrible bad day". After I purchased four tickets, that's when they tell me that the toilets do not work in the entire theater. So I rush downstairs to the food court so my kids can use the restrooms before the movie. After, we went upstairs and my kids went to get the seats while I purchased popcorn and sodas. We'll, the did not sell any fountain drinks but I could purchase a bottle of water for $3.75. So, I was a little upset, my kids are inside with my mother waiting on popcorn and drinks. I asked why they couldn't serve, and the response was "because of water issues, out toilets and drink fountains don't work". I purchase the popcorn and dropped it off with my kids, I went down and purchased a soft drink from the food court. When I try to get back in with the drink they usher didn't want to let me in with the drink. I just walked past him. I the hallway a lady was explaining to the manager that her daughter couldn't hold it and she had an accident because of the unserviceable restrooms. It was hot and I would not recommend going to this theater until they fix everything.

Nevertheless, today, 7-30-18 at 1:10 p.m., I spent over $ 30.00 for us to see "Mission: Impossible Fallout" in XD / 3D. The 3D was okay. A little fuzzy. But, when it came to the XD, which I believe we paid extra for a better sound system, it was impossible to understand the dialog. The volume was so low during 80% of the movie it was needless to sit through. So much, for “11.1 Layers of Multi-channel surround FEEL like?” Like an idiot, I didn’t get up to say something to management. The reason was I saw a couple of people get up and quickly return leaving me with the idea that the manager was made aware of the problem. No luck. The sound never got better. Then, add to the fact that the Air Conditioner must have been set to 65 degrees. I keep my house very cold, but they could have hung meat in the theater. I suppose after going to this theater for nearly 20 years, this bad experience can be over looked. Just be advised that if you go to see this movie, at this theater, in “House” 3. Beware, think twice. The sound sucks and you’re going to freeze to death. Oh, as for the Root Beer, I’ve been bellyaching for years about this Memorial City Cinemark not having this beverage, where the other Cinemarks does provide this selection.

This was my first visit to this location and it will not be the last. Beautiful location in the mall with the food court next door. Clean with comfortable seating and friendly staff. The concessions are reasonably priced

I have been to this theater many times over the years. It is always clean, both in the lobby area and the individual theatres. Cost about average I guess. Selection of movies always current. Polite employees. Popcorn is fresh. Butter your own. I like that it is on the second floor tucked away from the mall crowd.

My family and I went to go see the new Mary Poppins Returns at Cinemark and it was great! The declining seats are extremely comfortable and the entire family was able to sit together on one row! The only negative part was we had a popcorn spill in the lobby area and received no help in cleaning it up. However, it was an overall great experience and I would definitely recommend Cinemark Memorial City to families of all ages!

I want to give this place a higher review, but every time we go, the lobby is so messy. Always something has spilled, and no one has cleaned it up. We go here pretty and not once is there not a mess. I don’t understand why they can’t just get someone to clean it up. On top of that, the concession stand always takes forever, and it isn’t clear to order beer or wine is only at the end. I do love the reclining sears, that is awesome. The bathrooms were fairly clean too, which is surprising since the rest isn’t. Please clean up the front more.

Good cinemark standards. This theater does not put butter on your popcorn. You have to do it yourself. You also cannot fill up your own drinks. They do it for you.

Because it is the holidays the parking was very sparse. I would get there early.
