Rude, racist staff

Rude, racist staff. The last time that my husband and I were here I had a terrible experience. After the movie was over, my husband and I used the restroom. Once I exited the restroom, I made a wrong turn and headed down the wrong hallway (not towards the exit). When I found my way back, I saw my husband outside of the restroom, looking for me. A manager approached him and in an abrasive tone he asked, "Can I help you with something?" When my husband explained that he was looking for me another employee (a white woman who was our waitress) stated, "Oh, they're just trying to sneak into another movie." Regardless if she was joking or not, that was completely unacceptable. And the managers' abrasive demeanor, due to the fact that my husband was merely looking for me, was aggressive and unnecessary. I don't appreciate people insinuating that I'm sneaking into a movie (especially when I'm not). It is insulting, rude and completely inappropriate for an employee to even joke about. Additionally, the managers' behavior (who was also white or Latino) made me feel like they thought we were common criminals. If I patronize your establishment, I should be treated with respect. As a black couple, being singled out for something as simple as going down a wrong hallway, tells just how racist this establishment is. My biggest regret is not getting the name of the waitress (that served Row D, seats 1-2) and the manager who was rude to my husband. I will never come back here.

It’s official, they have recliners now!!

I always preferred smg to all the other eat in cinemas. Well, now they improved the movie experience by adding recliner chairs. They are so soft and comfortable, I am so excited about it. I always thought the food was the best too, now they are officially the best in comfort and deliciousness.

Save yourself and your family-eat before you go to the movie! There were 4 of us and out of the 4 orders they only got the drink order correct. We never had the same server for the entire time we were there, and therefore we never got what we asked for originally. And not one of the servers returned with what was missing. The movie was great despite the poor food and poor service.

Lots of Employees but no one to Assist Customers

A friend and I bought tickets to see a show at 6:30 on 4-8-18. We were early so decided to sit in a booth in the bar area and get some drinks and snacks. The first booth was not very clean so we moved to another. The menus at this table were sticky. eww. We sat at the booth from 5:40 to 6:02 and saw numerous employees and managers at the bar. I counted 8 different employees. No one. Not a single employee came to take our order. (See photo) At 6:02, I went to the ticket counter and requested a refund. A manager came to approve the refund, which was quick and effortless. With the lack of cleanliness and customer service, I am sure that refunds are a frequent task. We went to another theater to see the movie.

Bar area is nice, food was good, sitting in a worn out office chair wasn’t what I expected. Pretty disappointed that folks felt the need to talk and use their mobile devices throughout the movie. Not the experience I was expecting.

$1 Summer Movie Bargain

You can take in a movie for $1 at 10 am all summer. We took the grand kids to see The Peanuts Movie. You can relax in comfort and the grand kids had lots of room to move around. Parking is free on the roof with easy access to the Studio Movie Grill. We did not buy any food but it is available and brought right to your seat.

Took the grand kids to the $1 screening of Turbo. Parking was free and undercover. The theatre has a bar area which is excellent for evening meals/drinks before and after the movies.

Our seats were row J and had a bench in front with low lighting so you could see what you are eating/drinking. The "office" chairs were roomy, comfortable and swiveled. Booster sets were also available for free. Should you require refills or more food, a red button in front of you quickly summons a server

The service was excellent, efficient and the server was quite personable, and the food...well you can't really muck up popcorn and soda.

The theatre was clean and the entire experience was enjoyed by both young and old alike.

Comfortable chairs even if you do not get the recliners. Fast service, good food! Friendly and attentive staff. Sound and venue are great!

We came to see Beauty and the Beast, and it was AWESOME. Unfortunately, the service ... not so much. After finishing dinner, we ordered dessert. We waited patiently for about 30 minutes and then pushed the service bell again. We asked the waiter what had happened and he went to check. At the end of the movie (last five minutes) they brought us our dessert. I honestly thought we would just not be charged for the dessert we never got, but instead we got charged AND we were awkwardly finishing our dessert after everyone had left the theatre and the servers were frantically cleaning the theatre. Sorry, but the food is too expensive for that kind of service. We tried to eat the dessert in a rush and left an otherwise brilliant movie annoyed with the poor service.

Ugghhh. What's even MORE annoying is that I tried to submit a complaint to their website and after you fill out their entire "guest services" form, it simply says "THAT OPERATION WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL. Unable to save your data. Please try again."I gave two stars at first but this most definitely dropped it to zero stars.
