fun evening - we took the Sushi making class. It was well thought out and we wound up making 4 different plates of sushi including 3 rolls and a plate of sashimi Very enjoyable. Well managed for social distancing as well.

Informative, hands-on, fun class. In addition to paella, we made fruit empanadas and tortilla espanola. All were delicious and easy to make. It's a great way to meet new people and learn to cook something new all at the same time. The instructor was knowledgeable, very thorough with her instructions and made the class fun.

This is our second visit to the classes offered by the Well Done Cooking class instructors. Our first class was the sauce class offered by Celeste and it was amazing. So much information to provide in so very little time. I would like to take this class again simply to absorb more of what she was teaching. The second class we attended was called "Dinner in Rome". The menu was amazing and this instructor, Kathryn was very patient and knowledgeable. The overall experience was fun and unique. I'd strongly recommend getting some friends together and going at least once. It's a great change from the typical evening out we've all been on a thousand times, and, the food is amazing. Also, if you're not careful, you might learn something while there, we certainly did. I'd provide 10 stars if possible and will be attending more classes.

We had a truly wonderful experience. Although they have different options to choose from, we went with a more social date night versus a fundamentals or cooking technique class. And we were not disappointed and can't wait to go back. First, the atmosphere is great. It's a bit smaller that I expected but was pleasantly surprised and works great for the class. One thing that was different, if you only go as a party of two, you are paired up with another couple. At first...this was a bit awkward for me (I'm a little introverted). However, by the end of the night we had made some nice friends. To be honest, I would like to go with another couple that I know and believe the experience will be even that much better. The staff was friendly and you and gave us great instructions on what to do. The recipes and overall food was pretty good...I mean, we did cook it ourselves :D As for a date night or getaway with friends, this is definitely a place to visit. We are going back to try the more fundamental cooking and learn more techniques. Dress comfy (you are cooking and will leave smelling like food lol). Bring your own to go containers in case you don't eat all of the food. Our visit lasted about 3 and a half hours. Be sure and print your recipes to bring with you...you can take notes throughout for more detail when you plan to cook the meal at home. Thanks again for a great time! We will see you soon :D

Given the recipe, the instructors pretty much leave you on your own to figure things out. Instructors do not take time to explain things thoroughly. You have to ask for help to be guided. And sometimes, the answer comes sarcastically. Not a very friendly and welcoming environment for younger students. They are probably used to having adult classes, but once you open a class for children or teens, instruction should be age appropriate. Very disappointed. The experience totally left a dent on my wanna-be chef.
