The Rice Village is a hugely popular shopping and restaurant center that both locals and visitors adore. Filled with block after block of shops and restaurants, Rice Village is family-oriented and you will spot many families with youngsters in tow or in strollers. Shops from chain stores like Gap, Victoria's Secret, Express, etc. and individually owned specialty boutiques are joined... More

The parking has become a bit crazy in this area and there are less unique boutiques, but there are still some fine gems in the bustling heat of this out door shopping area. This I would not say is much of a kid place. Lunch with girlfriends would be here nicely hosted. And if you do have the kiddos there... More

Rice Village is a super place to just browse the shops and some pretty great food. The Chocolate Bar was addicting and definitely the place to go for a succulent sweet! Enjoyed some great food at Ms Saigon's, and Le Crepes. A fun way to spend the afternoon or evening.

I love heading in from the Tomball area on a nice sunny day to stroll through this little section of streets lined with stores and eateries. Some are large commercial establishments like Pier One and Victoria's Secret, but there are also some mom and pop style shops and neat locally owned stores as well. It is a great mix. There... More

If you have a couple hours before your flight or feeling a lazy Sunday it's a great way to kill a couple hours. Lots of cute little boutiques and eateries. Enjoyed walking around and looking, right next to Rice University Campus, also a nice walk.

We came here on a date just to look at the shops, have lunch and walk around. It was a lot of fun! Great place to people watch and find cute, off the wall things or upper class things like MAC makeup or Victoria's Secret bras.

I chose to go to Rice Village in the summer - which was somewhat of a mistake because it's so hot and muggy outside, it's not very fun to go around between the shops, carrying bags, when you are sweating bullets!

We heard this was a good place to shop and eat. I will say there are restaurant and shop choices, but it wasn't anything special. Parking was hard to find, and the traffic was very heavy. They are better places in town.

I love to shop with a mix of the familiar and new - Rice Village didn't disappoint. A great variety of shops for my entire family including husband and son. Lots of restaurants for a break
