Full disclosure - I have season tickets to the Alley and have had them for too many years to count. So, yes, I love the theatre in general and the Alley in particular. But seeing A View From The Bridge yesterday was so amazing that it prompted me to write a review. The acting was superb. While not Arthur Miller's... More

We were staying right across the street at the Lancaster hotel so I got tickets to see "An Act of God". The playhouse is small, suitable for an ensemble production. Seating and acoustics are good and the actors were excellent. I particularly enjoy NOT dressing up for events but still enjoying solid entertainment. It was a memorable play, good selection.

We went to see this play. We were down stairs in a small theater setting. Which is really nice for an up close seat. Would like to come soon to another performance in the newly remodeled theater upstairs. Very nice venue for plays in Houston

I must admit I'm glad I didn't let the rain stop me from seeing Syncing Ink. It was serious and funny. The DJ was on point too!

I have had season tickets to the Alley for years. Love that some of their productions are family friendly. It is so wonderful to have this caliber of entertainment in my backyard. Treat yourself!

Situated right in the middle of the Houston theatre district the Alley is not just a theatre - it is a renowned theatre company, a theatrical hot house that grows wonderful theatre. I remember attending great performance in the 70s. The theatre has recently been renovated and it is beautiful. Your get your arts worth at the Alley.

After enjoying Janis Joplin tribute performance, I welcomed the offer to purchase 5 shows for a discounted price. I purchased 2 sets so I can take guests. I have since enjoyed A Midsummer Night's Dream and have 4 more events upcoming. Parking was convenient.

I saw my second show last night at the Alley Theater in downtown Houston...Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol. It is an amazing venue with a smaller, more intimate, atmosphere than the Hobby Center (I Love Hobby Center too). I always try and try to be sure I have great seats when buying tickets, and both times I did really well.... More
