BEWARE-Stranded for 3 hours. Poor bus maintenance lead to a breakdown 30 minutes into a 2.5 hour return trip. The 16 riders were told a replacement bus would be there “within 45 minutes”. When that time passed, we were told “it will be there in an hour”. Then we were told it would be another hour. RCL offered a small refund to our company in exchange for not sharing this information. This is not spam…I was a rider, not the company that contracted with RCL.

Horrible! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They do not abide by their contractual obligations. They dropped a group of kids off in the 3rd ward after prom demanding they pay $650 in cash or they needed to get out of the van. Very unsafe. The parents had to go pick up their kids at midnight in a dangerous part of town.

Worst experience ever. A half hour late picking us up. Therefore making us late for our next event. Dirty Limo. Driver Jennifer J. Unprofessional. When management contacted they make excuses and blamed others for their ineptness.

I just returned from a cruise sailing from Galveston Texas and used Royal Carriage for shuttle service of 12 family members. Dana provided great service, fair rates and I was so impressed. In addition, our drivers were fantastic & we were notified via email when driver was on his way & at arrival. Wow!!! And we were surprised with a party bus!!! The kids were in heaven. Thanks so much. I highly recommend this company.

We used Royal Carriages to travel from IAH to Galveston to our cruise. They were friendly reliable and courteous. I was impressed by the follow up the day before and the service we received right up to our pick up from the cruise ship and back to Houston. Our cruise ship was delayed by fog for 2 days and this company kept a driver on call to come and get us for no extra charge as we did. To know when we would be docking. Extremely pleased with this service

I have been using this limo service for years and have always been happy with the service. However this past Saturday our drive way beyond expectations.
Our Lincoln MKT Town Car picked us up at home as always right on time to take us to a local steak house. My wife is on a cane because of back problems and found it very difficult to get into this Lincoln model. The driver made note of this and upon arrival at our destination said he would switch out cars to a more classic model which is a little older but much easier to get in and out of. He said after dinner he would pick us up in the new car. Wow - now that's great service!
Also, like an idiot I was holding my wife's purse while she was getting out of the car and I dropped it to the floor by accident. I did not notice and my wife thought I had her purse. She noticed it was missing as we were getting seated in the steak house. I immediately called my driver who said yes he did have wife's purse and had it back to us in 2 minutes.
So I just want to say if you ever need any kind of limo or car the Houston area Royal Carriages is the place to get one.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!
An agreement and a deposit of $100 was made with this limo company by one of daughter’s, friend’s mom, to pick them (13 kids) up from prom and bring them back to the beach house in Crystal Beach. At 11:15 tonight, My daughter called me after prom to tell me that the limo driver who picked them all up from prom, took them to a gas station on Cullen Blvd in Houston, and told them that they had to give him $650 in cash or they all would have to get out. The agreement was a deposit of $100 and $650 in cash would be paid to them upon arrival at the beach house. He would also receive a $250 tip. The agreement was not to be paid in cash up front. The limo driver would not allow any of them to send him Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal. He yelled and cussed out the kids telling them to get out. The kids were so scared and most of them were crying. Houston Police Department was called numerous times from parents and our children requesting assistance. My husband and I immediately got in our car and drove to Houston to where they were- which was a HORRIBLE part of town. The limo driver wouldn’t even look at us when we were talking to him. All he would do was ignore us. After a hour of waiting, the police never arrived.
What I don’t understand is why he would even pick them up from the prom if he thought he needed to be paid in full first? How is it possible that a business like this is operating? With all the trafficking going on in the world we live in (especially in Houston), I am thankful to God that the kids are safe. I would appreciate greatly those of you who would be willing to help me by making a complaint against this company. No one should ever have to go through this experience!!

The driver was very skilled, courteous and professional. Last minute changes were honored. Bus was clean and the ride was comfortable.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
This place is a scam and they do not care about customer service whatsoever. They will not accommodate you for any reason. They trick you into a contract that doesn’t favor the consumer at all and will not work with you at all. We needed to cancel for emergency reasons and we gave well in advance notice and they would not refund us or talk to us. We even went in person and the manager refused to come out to speak to us. They do not care about you at all. All they want is your money. Do not book!
Now they are going under every Google review post and adding lies. We booked and tried to cancel and per your contract you get 50% back if you cancel within 7 days which we cancelled way before then!! We called and emailed you several times on this matter but received no response to the point we come in person and you ignored us and said nothing we can do and refused to come out of your offfice pretending to be busy!! Please stop the lies. We will not stop with reviews on every platform possible to show what nasty business you conduct. Quite hilarious how you respond to reviews but not emails, calls or in person. You are spam!!!

We had a great tour of the French Quarter provided by Mark. So knowledgeable and very entertaining! He provided a great historical overview of the city from its inception to the present. Great for all ages.
