We booked a cruise out of Galveston and never thought about how we were going to get to pier from airport. This company was terrific. The office staff was so friendly, efficient & the driver just went out of his way helping us. There were 12 passengers and we were surprised when a party bus arrived. The kids loved it!!! We didn't expect that. Rate this company 110%.

Our driver Lesa was great she took us to see some wonderful xmas lights and made the experience for my grandchildren memorable. Something they will remember for a lifetime. Thank You Lesa and Royal Carriage Limousine. You will certainly be my 1st choice if ever needing or want a limo services again.

After searching high and low for the perfect private transportation for my son's wedding, I decided on Royal Carriages. Unlike many others, this company was willing to work with my unique requests. Even when I would drop by their office to ask questions, Ester was always happy to see me and gave me tours of the vehicles I would be using each time. They handled the wedding party shuttle and wedding guests transportation needs flawlessly! The vehicles were spotless & in perfect mechanical condition, the drivers were uniformed, courteous & professional and the communication was outstanding! I received emails regarding my reservation as soon as I committed to them; I received reminder emails a few days prior to the events; I received texts the day of the event with the name & contact information of the drivers as well as a reminder of the schedule; and I received texts when the drivers departed their garage with an ETA and then texts upon their arrival. Honestly, transportation was my biggest worry of the entire wedding event and they pulled it off flawlessly! My newlywed son was so impressed, he requested that I book them for their transportation to/from their honeymoon airport departure. Thanks so much to the entire staff for a GREAT experience!

Worst experience ever. A half hour late picking us up. Therefore making us late for our next event. Dirty Limo. Driver Jennifer J. Unprofessional. When management contacted they make excuses and blamed others for their ineptness.

I just returned from a cruise sailing from Galveston Texas and used Royal Carriage for shuttle service of 12 family members. Dana provided great service, fair rates and I was so impressed. In addition, our drivers were fantastic & we were notified via email when driver was on his way & at arrival. Wow!!! And we were surprised with a party bus!!! The kids were in heaven. Thanks so much. I highly recommend this company.

We used Royal Carriages to travel from IAH to Galveston to our cruise. They were friendly reliable and courteous. I was impressed by the follow up the day before and the service we received right up to our pick up from the cruise ship and back to Houston. Our cruise ship was delayed by fog for 2 days and this company kept a driver on call to come and get us for no extra charge as we did. To know when we would be docking. Extremely pleased with this service

I have been using this limo service for years and have always been happy with the service. However this past Saturday our drive way beyond expectations.
Our Lincoln MKT Town Car picked us up at home as always right on time to take us to a local steak house. My wife is on a cane because of back problems and found it very difficult to get into this Lincoln model. The driver made note of this and upon arrival at our destination said he would switch out cars to a more classic model which is a little older but much easier to get in and out of. He said after dinner he would pick us up in the new car. Wow - now that's great service!
Also, like an idiot I was holding my wife's purse while she was getting out of the car and I dropped it to the floor by accident. I did not notice and my wife thought I had her purse. She noticed it was missing as we were getting seated in the steak house. I immediately called my driver who said yes he did have wife's purse and had it back to us in 2 minutes.
So I just want to say if you ever need any kind of limo or car the Houston area Royal Carriages is the place to get one.

We had a great tour of the French Quarter provided by Mark. So knowledgeable and very entertaining! He provided a great historical overview of the city from its inception to the present. Great for all ages.

Omar from Royal Carriages provided excellent service for the trip from downtown Houston to the Texas Bowl. The car was great and the service could not have been better. I will use them again.

Royal Carriage has transported our church travel group to the airport for three years. They are the most courteous and always on time. Their coach is always beautiful.
