Excellent selection of beers with new ones every week. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who never fail to make a good recommendation. The landlady in particular has never disappointed me.

The best thing about this place is that dogs are more than welcome, with a little dog biscuit jar on the bar. We had the vegetarian platter and enjoyed it. Not the cheapest place in Horsforth but we will come again.

Nice little pub this, in a beautiful town. Good pint served, friendly staff and locals, good music playing too, nothing more could be asked of a pub.

Best thing about this pub is the fact it's dog friendly. They have a lovely little outside area and when the sun is shining it's great to soak up a few days with any number of possible ales!

Really nice place To go for a nice ale. Dog friendly with free dog biscuits at the bar. The staff are great and the food is really nice. The beer garden isn't much but can be OK when the sun is out on an evening.
