An escape room is a live 60-minute adventure. We have three themed challenge rooms for you and your team to try. You and your team must work together solving puzzles and finding clues before leaving the room. It is a completely immersive environment. You become part of the story and build new connections with your team. It’s a great outing for date nights, birthday parties, corporate team building events and more.

Great escape rooms, and even better staff!

My wife, adult daughter and I decided to try out this local escape room. The staff hooked us right away, looping us into the story of the room before we even realized what they were doing! Outstanding job!

The room itself was unique, and had some great puzzles.

All in all, it was a very enjoyable experience, and we will be back to explore their other rooms

Me and my friends were a bit skeptical that the escape room was not going to be that great due someone’s rating on here. First impression, we walked in and the owner was the kindest guy you’ll ever meet! He has a previous 16 years of law enforcement under his belt. He is as passionate about escape games as you are! The room itself was a lot more mind straining than I believed it would be! Me and my friends did the SHERLOCK room and it was very well done! Just make sure that you get the chance to do the puzzles in the waiting room. I will be back within the next week and I look forward to doing the next one! If you enjoy a welcoming environment filled with intricate puzzles and breathtaking atmosphere, then this is the place to be!!!

Ps. Walk-ins are encouraged and welcomed!!!

Interesting Rooms! Great for Families! Wonderful Owner.

Fun rooms and the owner is amazing! We've done many, many escape rooms (as a couple, as a family, with family/friends) and found that The Experiment had several puzzles we've never seen before. The pacing was great and the puzzles challenging enough to make you think, but not frustrate. The owner/manager was SO FUN to chat with! Can't wait to try Sherlock tomorrow.

Amazing Experience

Absolutely amazing room, I loved and enjoyed this challenging but fun experience. My team was very cooperative and they didn't believe it when I was the first person to find the clue that led to our escape from the room since it was my first time and yet they have been doing this for long .We even left our bags in the room which they locked during our escape. It worked out great for us. Very convenience. Staff was super accommodating and helpful when planning. I just cant wait to go back there again .

The best escape room in the dfw

Very organized, creative and fun time for the entire Family. We have done over 20 escape rooms in different states and this by far is the best! The puzzles and room were perfectly designed. I will definitely be going back to explore the other rooms that they offer

Perfect Way to Spend A Summer Afternoon!

Our group had a BLAST at Room 5280! Even the pre-game wait was fun as the kids had giant Jenga and Connect Four games to play as well as several brain-teasers.

My kids tackled The Experiment and it was fantastic! Just difficult enough where they had to really think, but not so hard as to stump or frustrate them. The manager couldn't have been more accommodating and seemed genuinely excited to be there. Just all around a wonderful experience.

Boring Escape Rooms with old school Gen 1 technology

I am an Escape Room addict. My friend and I that play them together have done somewhere between 150-200 rooms across the US and some in foreign countries. Escape rooms have come a long way from when they started. For those who don’t know what Generation 1 and Generation 3 technology is for Escape Rooms. Gen 1 is basic stuff like locks and keys. Gen is is higher tech stuff like magnetic locks, and electronic traps, computer controlled tech. I played their location in Denver a few months ago and recently played their new location in Highland Village in August 2019. Most companies that open escape rooms try to one up the competitors with better stories, better visuals, better technology. I’m honestly surprised that any company opens Escape Rooms with Gen 1 technology nowadays. They are plain boring compared to the Better rooms. There wasn’t a lot of money or thought put into these rooms. Basic rooms like this don’t cost a lot for the company to build. While Gen 3 rooms can cost 100s of thousands of dollars. But provide an amazing experience that everyone tells their friends about. They should price Gen 1 rooms accordingly. I wouldn’t have been upset if it only cost like $10 to play a room like this. But when I’m paying $30 to play a room that at other places, they charge $30 for a high tech room with a great experience. If this is your first time trying one. You won’t know the difference. But take it from a seasoned veteran. This is a huge disappointment. If anyone wants suggestions for the best Escape Rooms in the DFW area. Just send me a message. I’ll send you in the right direction. I don’t see this place being open very long. Don’t waste your time or money. To the owners, if you read this. Sorry. But the truth hurts. It’s time to update your rooms at all your locations to compete with the modern tech

My most challenging but fun encounter

My friends and I had fun, although it was a bit challenging for me because it was my first time experiencing an escape room.He was the first one to find the hidden objects that gave us the chance to get out of the room.

Obviously a two star rating isn’t all yippie and hurray, so let’s get into it.
Overall good place, cleanliness is nice, lights work lol, nothing wrong with that but it’s the escape room itself man.
For starters I couldn’t figure out the very confusing way to escape, whoever said this is fun or easy lied, because me and my friends wasted our money on a confusing puzzle. I do not recommend if you have claustrophobia, or anxiety, like lord I almost had a panic attack, it’s so stressful when all my friends wanna try different complex methods to escape, the whole time I choose to roll up into a ball in the corner and left the rest up to my buddies. I was dying basically. DO NOT GO HERE. definitely would have been better off spending my money elsewhere.
