This small oasis was a great change of pace on my visit to Grapevine. The name is slightly misleading as it is very small in regards to other botanicals I've been too. Regardless, the park is free and has a few attractions such as a...More

What you can see from the road is misleading, although very nice once you start walking around and go deeper there is not much at all to see.

This is a premiere spot for picture taking 12 months a year. The city does a fabulous job with this space, and I’ve “borrowed” plenty of their ideas for my own yard. Great place for a stroll or to walk off a meal. Plan for...More

This is a nice place to experience nature and get outside for a walk. I like that it is free with plenty of parking at the entrance which was also free!

My kids wanted to explore for dinosaurs. The animatronics provided a great experience for them. The botanic garden is small but well done and cared for. The adjacent playground provided additional entertainment.

They currently have about 8-10 animatronic dinosaurs that you can walk up to and take pictures of. It was really cute and they also had kid areas/games to make it a whole fun experience. It seems that the building is being remodeled so they brought...More

We took our high school senior here for her graduation portraits. There was a lot of choices for different types of shots. The winner? A shot in the parking lot where my kids was surrounded by a flowering grass that was irridescent in the setting...More

From the road this doesn't stand out, but it is an amazing park. Great playground, fish pond, seasonal flowers and more. We have spent many hours playing here for no cost.

We decided to spend the day exploring Grapevine. I'd never visited the Botanical Gardens so I decided to start there. It's hot. 100+F. Although there's a cool breeze, a person really needs the breeze to keep from feeling overwhelmed with the heat. The trails of...More

A great place for a nice walk around near a big busy city. Once inside you forget where you are and discover being relaxed. Plenty to see as you walk around and my two year old found it an adventure, exploring every corner of the...More

Surprised it was so quaint and compact. I was thankful for the peaceful sorounding with so many birds and butterflies. Note, it’s depends on the time of year. This is a walk that I would call a level 1 to 2. But if your looking...More

Nice garden conveniently located near the historic district, just down the street from the Nash Farm with nice walking path and plenty of places to sit and spend some quiet time. Also, nice area for children to play. Plenty of parking.

Yes, you can bring dogs but it is not a dog park. You must keep your dog on a leash.
