It's a nice casual place. We sat at the small bar to do the wine tastings. We also enjoyed the complimentary cheese and crackers. The hosts were friendly and fun. Their wines were definitely better than other places in Grapevine. It is not directly in the downtown area but just a few minutes down the road and definitely worth the... More

Wonderful relaxing place to spend a little time. Located in a house built in the 1800's the atmosphere was great. A nice outdoor covered patio was inviting and our choice. We did the 4 tastings for $5 which is very reasonable considering you get a tray of crackers and cheese to go along with it. I don't recall any of... More

This is a neat place to grab a glass of wine from. Looks like it would be a fun place for a private event. It's off of Main Street, but it is worth stopping at.

This was our first ‘attempt’ to visit Cross Timbers Winery, 805 N. Main Street in Grapevine. It is in the Historic Brock House, completed in 1875. We left the downtown area, just to visit this winery. When we got there, there were 4-6 people sitting on the front porch waiting for someone to open up. They said that it would... More

This is as far north as you can go on Main, it deadends into this property just north of Dove Loop. We thought we were in the wrong place. As we walked up, we noticed the Cedar tree out front has grapevines wrapped all in it, with grapes on them, very cool. This is a cute little house. My husband... More

Purchased a glass of wine at a private event. It was ok. So my husband went back and ordered a second glass of a different red wine. I could not drink it. Went to the bar and asked if I could switch to another- even if it was the first one. I was told that it was not possible. So... More

We went here one day and arrived just at closing. So we sat in the swing on the front porch and relaxed for a while until we decided to go next. It was so relaxing we made a point to go back the next day in time for a tasting. So glad we did! The girls were so nice. The... More

Cross Timbers winery is simply great. Don, Penny and the staff are awesome ate what they do. they make everyone who enters the door feel like family. They have a great selection of Texas wines that run the gamut from sweet to dry and whit to red. The property is awesome for a day time tasting or an event like... More

Small yet intimate setting. Wine was pretty good. Price not bad for the tasting. The host was friendly. Didn't like the xerox copies for a menu, it felt cheap.

Cross Timbers Winery and tasting room is very nice. During the Grapefest we had a nice tour of the tasting room and the wine is really good too.
