We visited Granbury for our 15th wedding anniversary and enjoyed visiting the many shops on the square. We really liked the Panhandler and a few other shops. Some shops are a bit stuffed to the gills, but others are charming and neat. The restaurants are fun.

The town square in Granbury has own of the finest examples of white stone courthouses in north Texas, the Parker county courthouse built in 1890 on the site of several previous structures since the 1830's. The square has any number of buildings on the historical building list. The shops on the square run the gambit of antique, gallery, restaurants, wineries,... More

Another example of a historic downtown area with modern businesses. Fun walking around the courthouse or on the sidewalks. Lots of history. Several restaurants and shops throughout the square. Will definitely be back.

People are very friendly and helpful. Great shops and great history. Great restaurants. We enjoyed walking the Town Square. We attended the Granbury Living Christmas Cards in front of the County Court house, when the cards come to life. It was a great sight to see.

If you haven't parked and walked the square yet you are missing out! It's my favorite thing to do on weekends and there is often an event, festivals or concert to boot. The stores are fun to browse even if you need nothing! Coffees shops, bars and great food are also an option so there is something for all.

Christmas in Granbury every year. I remember when there was hardly a nice restaurant here and no traffic. Now there's so many places to eat here and a lot of traffic. The lake is full in the summer and the hotels are full in the winter.

Nice Square with dining, shopping and places to stay in and around the square area. We came in December when it was all dressed up for Christmas. Go at night to see the lights. Very close to Lake Granbury. Fun for the whole family.

We came to Grandbury, TX to visit family and decided to check out the town square. There are tons of adorable shops all over that sell antiques and nicnaks . The park is amazing next to the town hall and I suggest walking the boardwalk next to the river/lake. Easy walk through town and super friendly people everywhere!

This is a classic county seat town square built around the court house. It includes a variety of businesses from restaurants, to shops to wineries and even an Opera House. Plenty of options are available for shoppers.
