The only tip I can truly give, is avoid it in the afternoon/mid-summer... it was sooooo hot. We still made the whole lap (at around 105 degrees) and checked out the museum and their cool little store. The geo-cracker was cool and you collected some pretty cool gems at the dig site... This is a great family attraction imho.

Now this place is cool for kids and adults!!! It's a lot of walking. But the kids was having so much fun they never complained! It had a lot of shade as you walk so it's not that bad! They also have a kid park inside. This is a must do!!!!! 😍

Our 4 year old had a blast here, he is very into dinosaurs and he loved this trip. The statues outside are cool. The animantronics were a work in process. The fossil dig was a plus too. Bring water and snacks. There isn't food availble for purchase. There is a nice picnic area and playground but it was far too... More

Took my grandkids to this park and they had a rip roaring blast. The Dinosaurs look very real and the park is maintained exceptionally well. My granddaughter dug for fossils and enjoyed that too. On a hot day make sure you take water for the 1/2 mile long trail. Be sure to look around the museum and gift shop. You... More

It is 1/2 mile loop. Lopts of sitting along the way and shade, but it was still just too hot for us. We found ourselves just getting thru it rather than enjoying it. Totally suggest doing this in MUCH cooler temps. There's a map to track where you are and what you are seeing. Lay out is impressive. We just... More

This place really exceeded my expectations. I thought it would be some run down tourist attraction, but it was actually very nice. It was well kept, had a great gift shop with plenty of things to look at and purchase. Everyone was super nice and inviting. They do not serve food but you can bring in a lunch if you... More

This is a very interesting and kid-friendly attraction. It contains a large number (150+) of dinosaur statues (along a nature trail) and animatronic models, as well as a small fossil museum, a couple of archaeological dig activities, and a nice gift ship area. They've really made it a nice, fun, and informative place for younger kids, and there is even... More

We arrived at 9:45 and found Dinosaur World very quiet - just perfect for a summer morning. We spent about 45 minutes on the dinosaur walk. Our six-year-old loved taking pictures of his favorite creatures, and we didn't see another soul on the pathway. The fossil dig was a fun 10 minutes for our kiddo, but we didn't purchase tickets... Expected a little more for the price. Son enjoyed the fossil dig. You are able to keep 3 fossils. Shark teeth, shells, and other small things along those lines. There is a great playground and area for your packed lunch.

Although well-maintained, this place looks like it's been around for a while. The little museum has some informational window box displays and some old-school automated dinosaurs that move a bit and screech very convincingly. Not bad, especially for kids around 8 years old. Then, there's a winding paved walk with life-size models around every bend in the path. A nice... More
