Do not stay here! Incredibly overpriced. Rude "security" people and a terribly run down room in the Bunkhouse. The floors are buckled and separating. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on. We refused to even spend a second night there. We cut our trip short and drove home early.

The so called security people are rude and discrimatory they follow you and your children around everywhere on their golf carts like we are doing something wrong verbally threating accusing if you are a non member and only renting a cabin you are look down on they treat you like you are low class

This is a RV park with cabins and park homes. Very family friendly, took our grandkids and they had a ball. Everyone at the park was very nice and helpful. The river was to low to tube, but they have a good size swimming pool. We stayed three nights for free and took a sales tour with Janna... There was... More

We have stayed here twice over a few years. Everyone is nice, the park is average, not well kept or fancy, but when Dinosaur Valley State Park is full, it is the next best thing. At least they have a big pool. Some on-site things, but kinda a laid back, camping environment -- nothing fancy. Great location.

Stayed in one of the bunk houses. Somewhat low-rent. Available facilities are geared for Wed-Sun visits. With several other nearby options with comparable price ranges, I'd look elsewhere if you're just going to stay for a night or two.

We were given a free 3 day stay by camping world. Park is for members only or possible candidates for a buy. Similar to a time share presentation for membership, required a two hour presentation, but a good deal I thought. All three rivers join at this park (hence the name). We were here during the 4th of July holiday,... More

If your a camper or an RV'er, this place is a dream come true. Our RV smiles upon a beautiful hillside and at the bottom a lovely creek. It has a beautiful rock bottom and we enjoy walking down the hill and "walking on water". This is where three rivers come together. Ive never had that before at a park... More

It is hard to say good or bad, it depends upon one's circumstances. If you are a full-time RV'er then it is probably something you will use often. If you are a young family with one or more working parents, it is probably NOT a good idea as you will never recoup your investment unless you dedicate to a lifetime... More

Not a pleasant experience for me and I didn't even stay one night. This is a member-only club so expect a tour and an offer to join. They have about 7 "resorts" in the package, mainly to the east of Texas. It could be worth it if you were a full-time RV'er. It was not good to me from my encounter... More

My family of 4 received a free stay at an OCP resort when we bought a camper. Overall the park is nice - beautiful riverside scenery; mature pecans, oaks, & elms; pool; quiet & peaceful. It seemed better for older people rather than for families with young kids. The employees were friendly & helpful. We listened to the 90 minute... More
