My hubby and I have been to two weddings here at the Court house. They have really made it a great place to hold an event.

The historic Williamson County Courthouse is the cornerstone of the most beautiful town square in TX. This is especially true during the Christmas season as the courthouse and the square are decorated to the nines!

Had a guided tour of this working building. Gorgeous staircase and great views from upper levels. Very cool for the history seekers.

When visiting Georgetown do take a tour of the courthouse, offered by the WilCo museum. It is a lovely structure and contains the courtroom with the fascinating history of the trial when Dan Moody fought the Klan, and won.

This is just an empty old courthouse. It has a Confederate monument out front that is regularly surrounded by the local Sons of The Confederacy in uniform. It is not the place to bring children unless you want to answer some difficult questions. It also...More
