The citizens of Garland are to blame for the permanence of litter in this park. Even if it did all "wash-in" or "blow-in" from other cities there needs to be a community initiative to clean up this park. This park has potential to be a...More

I have enjoyed this park since it opened. It's a nice place for a quiet walk with benches throughout. It is a good get away for a walk, jog or bicycle ride.

Lots of shade on a hot sunny day. The loop is about 3½ miles. You'll see ball fields, people playing frisbee golf, Duck Creek and other things. There are park benches about every half mile. Mostly walkers but a few bikes.

It is pretty for a walk or bike ride. There is a duck pond with lots of ducks. Usually quite a few walkers and bike riders,as well as kids and dogs.
