We had booked with Galveston express for our cruise in April 2020, we even recommended them to friends and t our face book group for the cruise. Well, Covid-19 hit and our cruise was cancelled, so we had to cancel Galveston express also, which we did on 3/24/20. They said in an email that a FULL refund would be in the mail within 30 days. After waiting 78 days I emailed them with responses back and forth from Ben (owner) several times. On 6/20/20, I finally received a check in the mail for my refund. It was for $48 and we paid up front $60. His (Ben) response was we where informed of the 20% cancellation fee if I cancelled. Yes but Covid-19 cancelled NOT us. We have received 100% refunds from the cruise line, private excursion companies, airlines etc.. But NOT Galveston Express. I DO NOT recommend them anymore. Oh yes i forgot. The hand written envelope with the refund check was post marked and return addressed in Florida????…

We booked transportation for a cruise departing Galveston April 4, 2020. The cruise was cancelled on March 13, 2020 due to the Covid outbreak. I cancelled our reservation and requested a refund on March 15, 2020. Galveston Express replied that my refund would be mailed out with in 30 days and that I would be contacted when it was mailed out. Galveston Express does in fact advertise cancellation refunds for their reservations. It has now been over 90 days and I have not received my refund form Galveston Express. I have however received "FULL" refunds from Springfield Suites, United Airlines, Travel Guard Insurance and Carnival Cruise Lines.…

We used Galveston shuttle when we flew into Houston and cruised out of Galveston. Our flight was about 25 minutes late. We were so happy they were able to wait for us. They kept in contact with us the whole time. We also used their service after the cruise and were very happy as well. They were prompt and curtious.…

Took a long time just to get out of the city. Seemed like he did not kn ow where he was going. Glad I had a late flight or would not have made it.
