I was very satisfied with our tour, I felt like it was long enough for what I paid, the tour guide was sweet and informative and really set the mood. The whole vibe was right. Plus on top of everything, me and my boyfriend actually caught some pictures on our phones with some sketchy stuff in them!

Our tour guide was great, and it was fun learning a bit about Galveston history. I did another tour like this in a different city and loved it. This one was different and maybe that's why it was just meh for me. There was some history, but it felt a bit disjointed and more like an assortment of ghost spottings, rather than a singular story of a haunted city. It would be more compelling if it was all weaved together into a single tale of the most haunted city in America.

The tour was full of historical facts. The tour guide was personable but seemed a little unsure sometimes. Maybe he was new? We enjoyed the history but were kind of hoping for a couple of ghost stories.

Might have been informative but didn’t start on time, did not limit group to ten as stated on website ( groups of ten turned into 61 and the notation of groups of ten was removed from site after purchase) tour guide was obviously waiting for Dash Beardsley to give a surprise visit in his hearse. His arrival was staged with admirers who gushed over his original song. We left ASAP. Groupon $6 group walked past us with attentive guide and small group and would have been the way to go.

I had wanted to schedule a ghost tour for a long time. I booked my entire family for this tour. Lots of history. I plan to return and explore the city more extensively, and return to some of the places to ask about their ghost experiences. My three young grandsons were enthralled with the experience. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining.

My first visit in Galveston and kept hearing about how haunted the island was so it peaked my interest to find a ghost tour. I went on this tour and I learned a lot from Annette about the history and how the ghost encounters coincide. I highly recommend taking this tour if you are in the area and want to learn about the great island of Galveston.

We went on this tour on a cold and windy night but it was worth it! My husband and I were the only people on the tour so we had Creola all to ourselves. She was very informative on the history of Galveston and had a fun personality. There is so much history in Galveston it seems like every building has a story. Definitely worth going on this tour!

Overall a great tour! Our tour guide Andrew was very informative and entertaining. I left the tour with some great ghost stories to tell as well has a new found respect for the history of Galveston. I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone wanting to bring the kids out and also anyone who has an interest in history!

It’s good to have a guide that knows about and cares about the souls on the tour. She had so much knowledge on the area and helped us to understand better what causes their distress. We loved the story of the adventurous and sometimes crazy Betty Ashton the best.

Massive thank you to our tour guide Madeline who came out on the COLDEST night of the year (during the 2022 December freeze) to give us a great talk about Galveston history and ghosts! We were the only two people registered for the tour and she could have easily cancelled and stayed home and warm.

This was a really great tour, an excellent introduction to some Galveston and Texas history as well as a really interesting history of ghostly experiences on the Strand. Our guide was BOI (born on island) and knew so many people who work downtown that she was able to tell us some of their firsthand experiences with the local hauntings. We came away with some great stories to tell, new businesses to visit on her suggestion to do some ghost hunting of our own, and lots of interesting tidbits to follow up on.

Excellent experience for the price, definitely recommend!
