Definitely get the deal for all attractions. Mommy and me days on Tuesdays. Less priced! If you can Palm Beach is fun. The Aquarium is decent. Ask the workers for info... Very nice and will share or help you!

My family traveled to Galveston for vacation. We saw the Moody Gardens brochure at the hotel. It seemed like a good family outing and it was....it does seem to be more geared towards younger kids. But, never the less we had good time.

We loved staying on site and experiencing Moody Gardens. It was a great perk to get Palm Beach thrown in free since we stayed there. My grandson loved the lazy river and wave pool.

There is a lot to do here, I had a lot of fun exploring and learning. For a nonprofit, the place is very expensive (including the food inside), but nonetheless a fun family friendly place.

The way it was explained to me was that the tickets are only good for the day purchased. But, under your circumstance I would hope that they would make an exception. Sorry for the loss of your father.
