We absolutely love a Moody Gardens! The hotel accommodations are excellent, and the on-site amenities are extremely family friendly. Our family looks forward to visiting multiple times each year (summer and winter).

Moody Gardens is very interesting to visit because there's something for everyone. It's as entertaining as it is educational. I loved the rainforest exhibit, as well as the fact that the exhibits are housed in two pyramids. Take the time to visit there!

The rainforest was pretty cool. My favorite part of it was how the had real life statistics of how we help/hurt the environment. Also, the way Moody Gardens is set up you start at the top of the pyramid and work your way down through the layers like a real life rainforest. Moody Gardens is a great place for field... More

As a newly minted "Senior" always looking to reap the benefits that comes with this, we went to Moody Gardens Rainforest Pyramid, where the admission is $5, as opposed to the normal $25. Heck of a deal. The Pyramid is very well done up, with different sections along the trail representing different rain forest locations. There are lots of birds... More

This is a review of the Dinosaur Exhibit running May 2017 only. While the dinosaurs and their movement was very cool, it only takes about an hour, max, to go through the small room of the exhibit. At $5/person it would have been a positive experience. At $14.95/adult and $12.95/child, I left feeling very ripped off and negative.

This was by far the best thing we saw in Galveston. It is an actual indoor rainforest, including animals and humidity! The more docile animals (sloths, monkeys, birds, ect.) are left in the open to roam free and interact with you if they so wish. The more dangerous animals (snakes, etc.) are in glass enclosures. They have fauna and animals... More

Moody Gardens is a wonderful getaway for those living in the Houston Area. Each one has a different theme but provide a lot of interactive attractions. The hotel was nice and the Shearns Restaurant was fabulous.

Can spend days without getting bored. Great for families. Movies enhance the scientific learning, while the knowledgeable young staff provide details of interest about the garden and the animals, etc.

Loved the actual rainforest pyramid. Unfortunately, the aquarium was under renovation while we visited but it looked great. We were not able to go on the zip line or the harbor cruise due to the wind conditions but we loved Moody Gardens. If you go to Moody Gardens, you must stay at the Moody Garden Hotel. Wonderful place!!
