READ THIS AND YOU WILL WANT TO DO THIS TOO!
I have to say, "Woody, you made our trip the best ever!! Thank you. I called Friday morning to try to get the two step tour for this day, June 19th. Woody called and even though it was a last minute decision for us, he made it happen. We went to "William and Chris winery" and they were superb, then to the "Garrison brothers distillary", the to lunch in Albert, and had a fantastic burger at "Pig pen", then we stopped at "Fat A$$ (this site won't allow the correct name) Winery" for some peach wine and finally "Pedernales brewing company". Woody made the entire trip fun as he never acted like he was in hurry and gave us time to enjoy. Even time enjoyed talking with him. Great man and we would only take his tour when coming back!!

If you are planning a trip to Fredericksburg anytime soon and are looking for a WONDERFUL winery tour experience I would HIGHLY suggest Texas Two Step Wine Tours. The driver was prompt and had the van perfectly stocked with blankets (in case we got cold in the van), water, an itinerary of where we are going. While on our tour we were able to meet the owner who checked on us to make sure everything was up to our expectations.
We visited several wineries in the area and didn't have to set up anything there, everything was set up by the tour. We just walked in and started sipping wine which was exactly what we wanted!
Please use Texas Two Step Tours if you are in Fredericksburg, they truly are wonderful!

This was our groups second time to tour with Taxes Two Step and we had a blast! Leanne always goes the extra mile to make sure you are treated well! Our group was able to explore new wineries this round and we seem to learn more and more about wines every time we go on one of these tours!

My husband and I took a wine tour from Texas Two Step as part of our honeymoon, and we had an absolute perfect time. We are going on another tour for our first anniversary. So much fun!

My wife and I decided to spend our anniversary last August combining two things in our journey together that we both love: Wine and Texas. To accommodate this, we booked 4 vineyard tours with a company called Texas Two Step Wine Tours with Leanne as our guide. Let me set the tone of the level of hospitality that we were about to enjoy with a quick anecdote. There were 2 couples that had booked tours that weekend and Leanne, knowing that this was our anniversary, split us up with another driver so my wife and I would be able to enjoy the Texas Wine country with each other and without strangers. Of course, that would not have been a problem at all (we can have a good time at an insurance seminar) but that move by Leane was just a hint of the accommodating time we would enjoy for the next 2 days. Based on our wine preferences, Leane brought us to vineyards that excelled at our appreciation of wine quality. With really only one exception, every boutique vineyard we experienced was a different flavor of exactly what Texas Hill Country hospitality has to offer. The wines aside, travelling with Leanne was a pleasant experience sprinkled with humor, expertise and a pleasantness that we have not experienced on a wine tour before. Not only was our tour a great option for anyone on their anniversary, it also makes for the PERFECT weekend getaway. We will be travelling back next spring with friends to do it all over again. My only regret is that in this review I am limited to 5 stars.

From the get go Leann was so helpful. My girlfriend and I have never been on a wine tour. We had a blast! Our tour guide for the day was Bobby. He picked us up right on time and was very friendly and professional. He had great knowledge of the area and even took some time to show us LBJ's boyhood home and the "Texas White House" on LBJ's ranch.. It's was just a drive by but still cool getting to see a former Presidents home away from home. We got to meet Leann when we stopped for lunch at Hye Market. She was just as friendly as our driver Bobby. I highly recommend choose Texas Two Step wine tours for your wine tasting adventure when you are in Fredericksburg!

We had the best day on our wine tour with Texas Two Step Wine Tours. LeAnn was great with our group coordinator and we enjoyed the wineries that they picked out for us (Texas Hills Vineyard, Lewis Wines, Hye Market for lunch, Hye Meadow Winery, and Compass Rose Cellar). They all were different and unique and Hye Market was delicious. We also didn't have to wait when we arrived at the wineries. They picked us up from our hotel and the van was very clean and had plenty of seat. Our driver was great and really pleasant to be with. He gave us our space, took care of the wine that we bought, but also interacted with us when we asked him questions. When we come back, we will be calling them for our next wine tour!

I have been on 2 different tours with Texas Two Step and each time has been amazing! LeAnne was an amazing guide. She was friendly, funny and knowledgable. We had quiet a group for my sisters bachelorette party and each one of us had a blast. We visited a variety of gorgeous wineries taking private tours, tasting straight from barrels,even meeting winery owners. LeAnne offered great insight to it all while making each tour memorable. This repeat customer will definitely be recommending Texas Two Step!
