Hilmy Cellars is a delightful winery with a lovely tasting room and knowledgeable staff. My husband and I found several wines we each liked and brought home with us! It will be a regular stop on our visits to Fredricksburg!
I wish I remembered the guy that helped us! I have been on so many wine tours and he by far have been the most knowledgeable! The wines were also amazing! I would absolutely go back on my next visit to Texas!
