Didn't know that TripAdvisor does university reviews but here I am. I can't say enough about how great my experience as a student at TCU was. Literally I won't shut up about it.

TCU's campus is a grreat place for a walk; morning, afternoon, or evening. It is in a very nice part of Fort Worth, with good sidewalks, mature trees, and a variety of shops and restaurants nearby. And, of course, it is an excellent university!

Besides being a great university, TCU has a few hidden spaces that should be explored...Monnig Meteorite Gallery (monnigmuseum.tcu.edu - in the Sid Richardson Science Building, 1-4 Tuesday-Friday, 9-4 Saturday) and two art galleries (theartgalleries.tcu.edu). We love to walk around campus whenever in town, it truly is one of the most beautiful university campuses in Texas.

We took the college tour and it was beautiful. Everyone was so friendly and inviting. I really hope my daughter chooses to attend because I would love to spend much more time there

When my son and daughter-in-law searched for a wedding venue, they were shocked by the number of mediocre places that charged big bucks and seemed low on customer service. As we helped them search, we assumed that the Robert Carr chapel would be too expensive and too booked. We were wrong, even though the chapel recently underwent a major remodeling, the price was very good, and the venue is spectacular. The staff was very friendly, making us all feel very welcomed to be there. Parking was also very easy, located in the back of the chapel. My daughter-in-law always dreamed of a wedding in a beautiful, white chapel, and the Robert Carr Chapel was even greater than what she had dreamed. Because my wife is a TCU alum, we received a discount. Regardless if you are alumni or not, the price is worth it!

TCU is a secret jewel in Dallas Forth Worth area. While they are well known for their sporting programs, you have to check out the incredible history and awesome campus! It is close to the #3 zoo in the nation, so you can do both easily in a day. Brand new buildings everywhere, sprawling block after block. The business school is exceptional and rated very high. I love just going to the campus and visiting the library and eating in their great restaurants. Brand new Football and Basketball arenas. Just gorgeous.

I️ would never hesitate to send your child or grandchild there. I️t has such a wonderful clean atmosphere and the professors make you all feel like family. Grandson just graduated this weekend with honors. The school has been fantastic for him. He lives in the Northwest so a real change but he loved I️t.
The students are all friendly and I️ certainly didn’t see any radical behavior like so many colleges today. Serious students but nice and fun. Expensive but worth I️t. Real class.
Go Frogs!!

I was here for a football game and let me just say that the horned frogs fans are really really passionate about their team! It was neat because parking was a cinch. They had buses regularly picking up and dropping off people from a church parking lot about a mile away so I didn't have to hassle with the madness that usually accompanies parking. Our tickets were behind the field goal posts on the home side so we were in a sea of black and purple and had a great view of a lot of the sideline entertainment. The campus is beautiful and, as a single guy, I couldn't help but notice that the women were stunning too! Everyone was really friendly and we all had a great time.

My son has always been interested in TCU so we traveled from Kentucky to Texas for a campus visit. Immediately we were impressed. The campus is absolutely gorgeous even with all the construction going on. The students and faculty were all friendly, actually the whole city was very warm and welcoming. This visit has definitely placed TCU at the top spot of his college contenders!
