You have seen them and you have wondered what it would be like but you just have not got around to it. Well wait no more! You must do this as soon as possible. Sure you will be a bit nervous and a may have a concern of being embarrassed but trust me within minutes you will be adjusted and by halfway thru the tour you will be flying around like a pro. By the end you will be wondering the cost of ownership. Ryane was our instructor/guide extraordinaire and did an awesome job, she is bubbly and cheerful and full of informative facts. You will find her encouragement infectious. Dan is very approachable and can answer any question you have on the equipment. Take a moment to hold the demo motor in your hand and feel how compact, heavy and solid it is. Ryane/Dan thank you very much for the experience and for making this electronic marvel accessible.

this group offers a fun way to tour the area. we zipped around the 7th street area. it was safe and easy. our guide was friendly and helpful. the machines are real easy to operate. the tour lasted a bit over 90 minutes. a tip for the guide is encouraged but not mandated.

Scotty took us on the Trinity Trails tour and we had a great time! Since two in our group had been on this same tour before, he changed it up a little for them. Scotty was a terrific guide and gave us great history info along the way. I would highly recommend Segway Ft. Worth and look forward to going again.

I called to book the botanical gardens tour for July 28th @ 9:00 using a Groupon my wife had purchased. I was told that the tour we wanted was booked and wasn't available. And that our only options were to take a tour during the week, or pay the difference and book it for a date after the July 28th Groupon expiration. However, when I went on-line their website would allow me to BUY 2 tickets for the same tour that I was told was fully booked earlier over the phone. So I called back and asked for the owner to call me back so I could see about getting an extension...but no one ever called. I even sent an email through their website, and no one over contacted me. Complete scam! Avoid this place at all costs!!

Buyer Beware:

I don't like to write negative reviews but we have tried to get this resolved and the owner doesn't seem to want to make things right.

I purchased a 2 for 1 Groupon at Christmas for my daughter to use during Spring Break. Turns out the only time she was going to be in the Fort Worth area was on a Monday morning before she left to go to Austin. To use a Groupon you have to call in to make your reservation. Their website says that their office is open on Saturdays between 10-3. She called during that time but got an answering machine that says their office hours are only Monday - Friday but if you had already purchased your tour that you could schedule it online. So she did that. There was no way to make a reservation using her Groupon. The only way to make a reservation was to purchase 2 more tickets. Since her Groupon would expire in a week and the only time she could take the tour would be first thing Monday morning, she bought the tickets for her and her friend. When she got to the tour on Monday she explained to the guide what happened and she was told to call the office later and they could take care of it for her. She called and the person she spoke to said they didn't know how to do that and would call her back. They never did. She waited and called again on Thursday and was told there were no refunds so she asked to speak to the owner to explain what happened. She never heard back from the owner. I emailed them this past weekend and again on Tuesday. Someone other than the owner called me back and said the owner told them to call and say no refunds. I asked to speak to the owner and once again they have not returned my messages. I was also told that Zerve, who they contract out their reservations to, won't allow them to issue a refund. I thought the owner of a company should be able to make decisions about customer service issues.

I can understand not issuing refunds if she had not shown up for her reservation, or if she took the tour and decided she just didn't like it, or if it had been raining which is something the owner cannot control but all that we are asking for is a refund for where the tour she took was paid for twice. They have offered her another tour but that isn't acceptable. She has already taken the tour. Been there, done that. It was OK the first time but has no desire to do it again.

She used information provided on THEIR website concerning THEIR office hours, tried to make reservations as stated on THEIR outgoing phone message, and tried to get this issue resolved the way THEIR tour guide told her to. I don't see why WE should be out an extra $140+ for something that had already been paid for by me

Will not refund money ! The tour guide cancelled on us do to bad weather in March . We reschedule for April and it rained us out again . I then ask for a refund do to weather and we have other things going on now . I was told I needed to email the owner Daneil so I did 3 times and he will not email me back . I also requested his phone # and was told they are not aloud to give it out .

We arrived excited for our scheduled tour. Other people also arrived for a tour at the same time. No one showed up, answered the phone or returned our calls. The office was locked and we had to leave disappointed. We looked for another Segway tour and found Cowtown Segway tours which was able to give us a tour and it was great.

We did the Fort Worth Trinity Park Segway tour. We enjoyed the time out on the segways. If you're looking for something different to do, I would recommend this. But I would also recommend looking for a coupon or Groupon. We used a Groupon, which I believe was just about the right price to pay for this outing.

There really are not a lot of "points of interests" to see and talk about on this tour, but it is nice to go out and explore the park on the segways. As for "off roading", this is basically you riding the segways in the grass in portions of the park. You don't really do any dirt trails.

Our tour guide, Emily, did a good job. She provided good instructions on using the segways, discussed the few points of interest that are available to talk about, took pictures, etc. They provide helmets.

I only gave this 3 stars due to one part of their customer service. I will caution others not to expect good customer service when it comes to trying to reach the company by phone. No one ever seems to answer the phone. You always have to leave a message. I called once to see when they would be posting upcoming tours on their calendar since several upcoming weekends were blank. The gentleman who returned my call indicated the tours would be posted in a few days. After two weeks, I called again to see if tours would be posted since several FTW tours still had not been posted yet and I needed to use my Groupon before it expired. No one ever returned my message. After scheduling a trip online, I called the day before the tour to inquire about their inclement weather policy. No one returned that call until a week later. This type of customer service is a concern.

My boyfriend and I visited Segway of Fort Worth for his birthday. We did the botanical gardens tour. It wasn't really a tour but more of a free-hand off road experience. Our tour guide was Angel along with an assistant. They were nice and made sure we (7 riders) felt comortable at the beginning and throughout the ride. I'm from Fort Worth so this is a place I had already visited however, it is still nice to see again every once in a while, more so on a cool 2 wheeled segway. The tour guides gave us a few moments in the green house which was nice and towards the end of our tour, he turned up our segways to full speed (if rider chose to go to the 12mph speed) and let us roam around freely. Overall, this is a cool little day date experience. My boyfriend and I did a segway tour in Nashville, TN that we enjoyed so much that we knew we had to do back one back at home. We are hoping to get to do the stockyards tour soon! I would suggest groupon for pricing options as well :)

Double booked out appointment!! My wife and I took the day off to spend with our girls on spring break and drove 45 miles there and spent whole day in Fort Worth shopping then went to our appointment 3-18-14 at 4:00 pm they said they had no record of it. Showed on my phone the number i called and talked for 10 minutes. They admitted prob a mistake on their part and offered to reschedule!!! 2 weeks later still cant get an appointment. Don't waste your time with these unprofessional Morons!!!
